Stand on Liquid Stand Up Paddle Boards

They were the best. Helped in a long process (first board wasn’t right, but they made it right) to make sure I got the boards that fit my needs. Also made sure to make the process fun. We were on the water in no time, had the gear we needed and tons of great advice.

Purchased my StandOnLiquid Native board almost a year ago. I wanted to go a little faster than my friends and the Native board helps. It is faster than my first paddle board, lighter in weight, and is a head turner down here in the San Diego area. Great customer service.

While we love our two Stand on Liquid paddle boards, the skid pads on both of them are now ‘bleeding through’ and the dye gets on your feet, and if you sit on them at any point, all over your skin and clothes. I was quite disappointed to just get off the phone with them, requesting the skid pads be replaced, as I feel this is a defective issue and they should stand behind their product. They told me they could ‘sell’ me some new skid pads, or I could find some new ones on Amazon. I wasn’t impressed in this lack of customer service for what I consider an expensive purchase. Our marina sells Yolo boards and from what I’ve heard, their customer service is quite outstanding. I will be switching brands at this point.

Love my Stand on Liquid board. It is one of my very favorite items on Earth. These guys are great and really live the lifestyle so they are quick to keep up with trends and be a leader in the sport. Love them!

These guys are great and if you want a quality board you should buy from these guys! Or if you need a rental they have the best deals I would def recommend them. Do not go to world on water those guys do not know how to build a quality board. Stand on liquid and Gerry Lopez are the only ones you should go to if your buying a SUP!

I picked up dream SUP board today and am excited to take it on its maiden voyage. They were kind, and helped to educate me on equipment, events, and asked about our little dog from the first time we stopped by (good memory!). My husband plans to buy his own board in the near future, they’re awesome, check them out. We wouldn’t buy anywhere else. Special thanks to Patrick who was patient and super helpful.

Bought 2 paddleboards last summer. We’ve had no issues at all from the boards. We use them at least every week. Fabulous boards. Great service. What more could you ask for? These guys are great!

LOVE Stand on Liquid! For my first SUP, I was scared of all the possibilities and companies out there. After lots of research, all online, I went with Stand on Liquid. Love the video reviews since I was going to buy this board sight-​unseen and never been on it before. Also never been to their storefront as this was an online purchase from their site (wow, great selection!)
I wanted specific things for my board and it had to be able to do certain things I wanted out of a board. I called and talked to Q (think that was it) and he was a great help. Read about someone having service problems but I thought their customer service on the phone was excellent. Got my questions answered and they followed up afterwards! Good job SOL!
Delivery was quick and very well packaged… not a problem with anything. Was actually very impressed at the packaging!

We rented a few boards there this summer, they were fantastic! They made sure they held a short board for my son, so he could enjoy SUPing with me. We also talked extensively about their boards and wholesale program as we are thinking of starting a rental business. I would absolutely recommend SOL to anyone.

I bought an amazing Paddleboard from Stand on Liquid. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted an adjustable passel and all they had was their demo model. They sold me that one and as I was walking out the whole shipment of adjustable paddles came in so I got a new one. When I have friends in town we always rent from them. Wouldn’t go any where else

We shopped around at four other places in Bend and Stand on Liquid had the best selection, prices, and they were extremely knowledgeable in matching us up with the right boards. They gave us a printout of the boards they recommended so I could comparison shop online and read reviews about these boards. We went back a few weeks later to purchase the two boards they recommended and once again they were very friendly and helpful. We took the boards out that day and they were awesome — performed just like they said! My son is now saving up to buy his own board and will definitely go back to Stand on Liquid.

There is no one experienced in customer service at this company. It’s completely disorganized – people who answer the phone tell you that they’re going to call you back and give you an update on your order, but they never get back to you. I ordered a crap load of stuff from their website and a few items were out of stock, but no one got back to me. A month later when I called again, the items had not shipped yet. If you want your stuff before the end of summer, I suggest ordering from elsewhere.
