Thoroughly disappointed. Ashley is a total bitch and has been for months. This woman should have been fired a long time ago for her horrible way she interacts with customers. The vaporizers sold here continually fail, and only rarely does management do anything reasonable about it. ANYTHING that goes wrong with your unit will be placed on YOU. Previously the manager Mark has been quite helpful before and kept me as a customer, but even that has changed. I will no longer refer anyone here. Go to Vapors Edge in Belvidere if you need vape products.
Furthermore, their prices are higher than other local shops as well.
