This Jamba Juice is now closed. I am surprised because it always seemed busy with lots of kids from nearby schools buying shakes. Apparently it wasn’t enough to stay in business. So long, JJ.

We used to love coming to this Jamba Juice, but after today’s experience with one of the lady worker’s there. We, along with our families and friends will not come back, again. Our 13 yrs. old son was using the the restroom to wash his hands. After he came out from the restroom, the Jamba Juice lady worker stopped him and asked if he used the toilet and got the seat wet. He did not used the toilet, he only went in there to washed his hands. The lady worker asked him to go back into the restroom to clean the seat. Absolutely ridiculous!!! You do not ask the customer or especially a 13 yrs. old kid to go clean the toilet. What kind of customer service is this??? This will be the most definitely last time we will step into Jamba Juice at this location, after being a loyal customer for the past four years.

I’ve never had a bad Jamba experience anywhere else except here. They have messed up my order twice by forgetting ingredients. No peanut butter in a chunky strawberry topper is not so good. More often, they don’t blend my smoothie enough so that there are ice chunks and/or chunks of fruit when it should be blended smooth. I can understand a chunk or two like I usually get at other locations, but this place gives out crunchy smoothies. The only reason I didn’t give this place a 1 star review is because they are always so friendly there. This is the redeeming quality of this place. This is the one closest to my house, but I will drive to another location if I have the time and want to get my Jamba on.

Wow, this location hasn’t been reviewed in a looooooong time! It’s in a great spot at the intersection of Ralston and Alameda de las Pulgas. I pulled up to it on my bike after riding up from Woodside because I was drawn by the large photo of FOOD in the window! What? Jamba has food items now? Yes! Fresh and unique salads and wraps in the Jamba tradition. I tried the Chimichuri Chicken wrap & sauce which was delish. Veggies and grilled chicken inside a wheat wrap accompanied by a savory sauce. Mmmmmm. Just what I needed to continue on down the road cycling over hill and dale…

2 oz. shot of wheat grass please… with a slice of lime… This is the best way to clean out the system… (Try a week of this shot and you will really understand) Then followed up with a Regular size Strawberry Nirvana(light menu) with a Protein boost… Science is great… they have learned to take a normal jamba drink of 700 or so calories and make it 300… As long as I have known how to «jamba»… I have enjoyed it… A once long time lover of the Orange Dream Machine, yet to only learn of its extraordinary amount of calories… But my «rediscovered» love of a healthy lifestyle is more than complemented by their drinks and snacks… The staff here is always friendly… so leave a tip… make them smile =) enough said…
