Low Tide 4 Mile Run

My first
race. My first medal. My first beach run. Awesome!
This race was different since it was on the hard packed sand near the water. I registered a week prior via online and price was ok. It is the average charge for any race in LA. I arrived in Belmont Pier early and the young volunteers were already settled with their snack offers, flyers and packets. It started around 0810 and there were approximately 100 participants in the 4 mile run. It was pretty quick but I thought this run was a little bit more difficult because of the uneven ground. There was also a race category for kids 1-​mile run.
Overall, I had a super great time and will do more races with tryusevents.
