Fun and hard to find beers are here. Great service and great staff. This is our go to place!

Place is great. Small beer distributor with tons of hard finds. Never seems to fail me in my quest of off the beaten path brands. Worth the trip to the shady part of town.

My favorite place for beer! Dave has an amazing selection of anything you can think of. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a large section of tap beer for growler fills. Definitely a must stop for any beer lover!

Full of craft, Dave pours love into it and the place is bursting at the seems with beers you haven’t tried. Some covered in dust and the place is a little old and dingy but it’s a beer distributor really… I’ve spent a ton of time and money here. I’ve been going for years. And expect to be going for years to come. They are super knowledgable but you have to pry it out of them as they sorta like to sit at the register and think they are the only ones who do, it’s funny if I go after work and I’m dressed up they act like beer snobs but if I go in a hoody they seem friendlier and more eager to help. It’s a hidden gem anyway you look at it tough and saves an awesome dude who loves the craft world. The place may look small but as I said its bursting at the seems with great beers. Brave Bellport and check it out, hey at least it’s not on the other side of the tracks–

If you live out in Suffolk, this is the go-to place for your craft beer needs. Don’t judge it on flash or sparkliness or being shiny or fancy. If you’re looknig for a joint that has an impressive array of #craftbeer and an incredibly knowledgeable staff, this is it. It’s a smallish shop but packed with craft beer goodness. As soon as you enter, craft(not macro crap) is in the forefront. Stone, Northcoast, Midnight Sun and Ballast Point are your current greeters. Behind them in the other aisle is some Avery, Elysian(yeah, yeah, I KNOW they were bought by AB but they’re still damned fine tasting!). Maine brewing and some others fill an end cap. Around back, Smutty Nose, Long Trail and locals. Of course, the usual offerings of macros if that’s what you’re here for. Kegs. Ice. Cigars(actually a pretty decent selection in a stand-up humidor by the cash register). Some snacks. Propane fills too. This is, now that I think of it, you’re one-stop spot for a BBQ(minus the tenderloin). Come in and they treat you well. Become a regular and well… you’ll just have to see for yourself. It’s like my own version of Cheers whenever I step foot in here. I’ll have to think of some Norm-isms. «What’s up, Mr. Petersen?» «My body mass index, Woody!» Stop by. Often. Join the family. There’s always room for more!

Cool little place! Awesome beer selection! Defiantly a great place to pick up beers. They had a whole local section including beers from Great South Bay, Port Jeff and Bluepoint! Also they had a wide variety(the only place besides Bluepoint Brewery that I’ve seen 4 pack Rastafar Rye cans). Completely awesome! Definitely my go to distributer from now on.

Dave is great! Dave’s beer is cold just like he says … Needed gluten free beer for a party and he knew everything about the choices he offered, very extensive knowledge about his inventory… Great prices too!

This is the only place you need to go if you love craft beer. Tremendous selection and an incredibly knowledgable staff have kept me making 1 hour round trips from hampton bays at least once a month for the last 8 years. Their prices are reasonable, cheaper than anywhere near my home, and they are always ready to help with any questions and willing to chat if you want to talk beer while youre there. A constantly rotating, detailed and voluminous selection allows you to buy something youve never had before every time you stop by. I love this place and will never go anywhere else for my beer. Its the ultimate craft beer destination on Long Island as far as i’m concerned. As for the reviewer below, ive never seen anyone there be rude to a customer, and ive been going for 8 years. Sounds like a personal problem to me.

Best place to buy beer. The owner Dave is a great guy, fantastic selection of beers, I’m a big fan of German(Bavarian) beers and he has all my favorite. He also introduced me to a number of craft IPA. Not only do the have bottled beer, but have a selection on draft for the growler refills.

The worker’s here were very friendly and knowledgeable about beer. I was out in Patchogue and after seeing this place on Beer Menus, I figured I’d stop in to pick up a few brews. I think I wound up spending about $ 70 here. They had a lot of choices I haven’t seen anywhere else on Long Island, and even looking at their Beer Menus now, they have some names I don’t recognize. They also have a massive variety of bottles as well(according to BM at this time, 870, plus 58 cans and 10 taps!). It appears they’ve built quite a rapport with many breweries because brands like AleSmith and Allagash for example, are relatively common, but you’ll typically see 2 – 4 varities. Here it appears they have a good portion of each’s entire lineup. This is probably one of the best distributors on Long Island. If you live out east you’re lucky to have this place.

You cannot call yourself a local craft beer expert until you have been to Bellport. It is a rite of passage into the craft beer community. I thought in the first room that was all, there were already so many varieties of craft beer and rare bottles, then you make it up the ramp into the second room and there is just more amazing beers as far as the eye can see set up by geographical location of the brewery. Then there in the center island in there dedicated to just LOCAL craft beers! I dare you to go there and NOT buys something. It just will not happen. More so Dave, the owner, is a great guy. The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Many thanks to Kevin for the tour and a look into«The vault». You love craft beer? I don’t care if you live an hour away, haul your ass out there for a great selection of craft beer!

A great selection of beer. You can make your own six packs and they even had«vertical» sixpacks if you’re interested in trying a beer and seeing how it ages as its a collection of a single beer, but different years or «vintages.» For the beer geeks, they also have some rarer stuff like Mikkeller. For recommendations, they have cases and cases of Oskar Blues Ten Fidy. One of my favorite Russian Imperial Stouts. Huge coffee, chocolate, roast, just a delicious beer and a great way to start getting into craft. Dave is a super amazing and helpful guy. Be sure to ask if you need help with anything. It’s a great store that makes you feel welcome. Highly recommended for regular beer shoppers, but especially those getting into craft beer.

This has to be the best place to buy beer in eastern Long Island. Fantastic, well-organized selection with local craft beers well-supported. David and Brian are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They easily navigate the sometimes difficult task of offering excellent suggestions without appearing pushy. You will find plenty of brews here that you can’t find anywhere else. Be respectful and they may even point you to some truly rare beauties. Be sure to also check out what they have on one of their 10 taps. Again, highly recommended.
