Service was ok… Average I guess. Food was decent, drinks were weak, hosts were not too friendly or welcoming and pizza was room temperature at best.

I like all Uno’s as far as food they all taste the same which is really good to me. We got 3 different pasta dishes and a small«classic» pizza thinking it was just polain cheese. The pasta was very good but the pizza had sausage in it which I hate, well I like sausage but just really really hate fennel. The server and manager noticed I gave a bad look to the pizza and quickly came over an offered a new reg cheese at no charge. Uno’s service is just ok in general but this one in Bellingham had the best service out of any of them by far. I will go back next time i’m in the area.

This place was amazing. There was Magician for my kids and balloons the food was amazing and delicious. The manager was super friendly and nice and our server was fantastic. I had a min desert that was just the right seize and my kids didn’t hoard it. The Red Sox were on TV and the beer was $ 5! I recommend this place for all families!

Stopped in for weekday lunch with my two kids(10 and 12). Service was fine, but it took over 25 minutes to get the dishes out and that was from when the drinks arrived. My son had chicken alfredo, daughter had wedge salad and french onion soup and I had a wedge salad and a personal classic pizza. The place was not very busy so I don’t understand why it took over 30 minutes to get lunch out to us. I recall Uno used to have a 10-minute menu — out in 10 or free. They don’t offer that any more. The food was fine — wedge salad was iced cold, bacon was chewy, but the salad was great. Daughter liked the french onion soup and my pizza was great. But the time it took to get out for a weekday lunch(1:30PM) was way too long. Also, watch out for the drinks — we had an unsweetened ice tea and two lemonades(one raspberry flavored) and the 3 drinks cost almost $ 10 total. Which made our lunch bill like $ 52 without tip. All in all, I have had better, faster and less expensive for a weekday lunch. Try elsewhere is my suggestion.

By far, this has been the best UNOs I’ve been. Their customer service was fantastic. The manager greeted us and was very attentive as soon as we walked in. The host was also very friendly, she made sure everything was up to our satisfaction. When I am in the area and craving for UNOs again, I will stop by this one.

This place wasn’t bad — being from the West Coast; I’m used to a thicker pizza crust. While most of the places I’ve gone are more famous for their flat bread or thin crust [there is much to be desired in my eyes — I’m not accustomed to getting a pizza that is so thin that it is now soggy] I digress! The individual sized pizza was perfect for one, or two if you’re looking to maybe split an appetizer. Or hey go bananas and eat it all yourself! The personal pizza came in it’s own small deep dish pan and serving/slicing utensil. I could tell as soon as I picked up the first slice that it was freshly made! The cheese was gooey and hot; while the crust was perfectly crisp and soft at the same time. I went with my usual toppings, pepperoni, mushrooms and olives. However, I specifically asked for black olives; the waitress had said that they did have them [hence why I ordered them] — however upon arrival, the pizza was covered in these reddish/burgundy colored olives that seemed to be overly salty in the end. While there was ample pepperoni, they seemed to skimp on the mushrooms which were sliced so thinly that they seemed to have shriveled up. I was starving so I made do and picked off some of the unwanted olives. Let me also state that you have the option of changing your pizza sauce to one that is more chunky [sorry there is just no better way to describe it — as unappetizing as it sounds] — I optd for the regular — also had to pick out a few unwanted ‘chunks’ — overall it wasn’t a disaster. The service was nice and made sure we were doing well and let us know about some of the new tiny desserts they have. Which is actually pretty smart! Overall the décor wasn’t really cohesive — and the color scheme seemed a bit unflattering; but the important thing is that it was clean and orderly. I’m sure this might be one that has not had the new make over that some of the other locations have. I’d definitely come here again for a quick meal.

Went with a medium-sized party and had a great experience. Plenty of food choices and generous portion sizes. I had a flatbread and a side salad– both of which were excellent. Other members of my party were equally pleased with their food. The deep-dish pizzas especially were a hit. Service was efficient and attentive.

I have never been to a Pizzaria Uno before, but I stopped in for lunch five times in two weeks because the lunch specials are so good. Unlimited soup and a choice of other options are delicious. Salads are crisp, burgers are fresh and juicy, and the soups are amazing. I will be here more for lunch while I’m working in the area and would suggest it to everyone!

As for as chain restaurants go, this one is pretty good. My wife and I stopped by for lunch(although both of us have been here countless times in our lives) and the bartender was very nice and helpful. I should have gotten a pizza, but I decided on a bacon burger. It was a bit overcooked and there was hardly any«ultimate burger sauce» on it(hint: it’s thousand island). They also cheaped out on the fries. But that’s just one experience. If you get pizza, any pizza, you’ll leave happy. I’m guessing sandwiches, burgers, and pasta may be hit or miss. But pizza is consistent.

This UNOs(along with most) is very enjoyable. The employees are friendly and the service is great. My boyfriend and I went yesterday and the waitress was nice. I like how is UNOs doesn’t have something you want they will try to make it for you.

We have gone here one several different occasions and on each time something has gone wrong whether it’s dirty dishes, finding hair in the food, or even given something that wasn’t even close to what we ordered! Then to top it the comment from our waitress after we point out the wrong food she said just take it and eat it! Excuse me but really that’s not how you want customers to feel!!! My husband and I love Uno’s and where I have to eat gluten free foods, Bellingham will not be on the top of our places to go!!!

Great thin crust and deep dish pizzas. the lunch specials are a great deal too. I am in love with their French onion soup! Although it is a chain restaurant and some people stray from visiting I do have to recommend it. Never had a bad meal here!!!

Stopped by there Tues. around lunchtime for a quick meal before we hit the road, never been there before– very pleasant surprise, friendly attentive wait staff. Good coffee, great chili, personal pizzas were very good. It was clean and everything seemed fresh. I usually don’t like these chain restaurants, but was very pleased with the meal. Would go back for sure.

Compared to most chains, they have the biggest gluten-free menu. They offer gluten-free buns, at least one gluten-free dessert and gluten-free beer & cider. They seem to be very cautious about avoiding cross-contamination, have good gluten-free pizza and some other good selections. The service at this location is really friendly and accommodating.

I like Unos pizza a lot. I love that they have the deep dish, but they also have the artisan and the 7 grain dough, really enjoy that. For this locations specifically, the last few times I have been here, we have had the same waiter, David. He is the nicest waiter ever! Hes really on top of everything, and was super friendly. We will definitely be back here again.

Had a wonderful experience at Uno’s last night. Our waiter, David, was the best waiter I’ve had locally in a long time. He was nice, friendly and paid attention to us. The restruant was pretty busy and he made sure we were taken care of. I’m so used to horrible service in this area. What a nice change!

Fun place to hang out with friends and play some trivia and nosh on some pretty good food. The beer is always ice cold, they run $ 2.50 large beer specials every day and the bartending/waitstaff is top notch. Food is consistently good from burgers to wings to flatbread pizza to pasta.

Been going here since I was a little kid. I feel like the wait staff charisma has diminished over years, but the food has definitely not. I have truly enjoyed every meal I have ever ordered on the menu(their chicken, beef, and pizzas are all very good IMO). Agree with Dave in that sometimes waitstaff’s heads are elsewhere, but I have never experienced someone rude or short with me so there is nothing too bad to say there. Prices are a little high for this type of food chain, but I love the atmosphere and the food, so I don’t mind spending a little extra. They also have very big booths and can accommodate a really big group easily.

I like Uno’s deep dish pizza and my favorite is still the Chicago Classic with their Uno’s sauce, cheese and sausage. I’ve been to this location a number of times and bartenders are friendly. The waitstaff on the other hand are not very friendly and have that«I want to be somewhere else» attitude at least that my impression every time I visit this Uno’s. I want to give this three stars for the bartenders but unfortunately I am rating this location two stars because of the waitstaff and the cooks that I see leaving the restroom without washing their hands.
