This place is a gross cesspool for crime and prostitution located in downtown Bellingham. It is also the infamous hotel where Veronica Compton (one of the hillside strangler’s prison groupies) attempted to strangle a woman.

I live next door to this motel so although I have never had the pleasure of being a visiter of their motel, I still see everything that goes on. In the last year I have been woken up by people screaming (and swearing) in the middle of the night more then once, followed by the police coming by. Frequently the people who LIVE there play loud music while they are working on one of their many broken down cars, which also in turn means my apartment starts to smell like gasoline, along with listening to their music.
From what I have heard this is a place you stay if you need someplace that doesn’t run a credit check… or a background check…

I’ve never stayed here, but its a pit. Stay away. Do not even think about staying here. Your better off sleeping at the local mission.
