Risotto’s

UPDATE: I’s closed.
Zia Palo’s change their name to Risotto, same chef, same owner, same bad service, same bad quality.
Avoid this this place, not much changed besides the name.
P. S. I tried to get Unilocal to change the Zia Palo’s name to Risotto, no luck yet.

We went here right after they changed their name to Risottos to pick up a pizza and it was great HOWEVER, a month later we went back to pick up the same cheese pizza and it was AWFUL. It could have came from the frozen section of BJs. Crust tasted prefab. Plus, they tried to charge $ 13.95 for a plain cheese when it was $ 9.95 a month ago. Never again!

I will not let them escape their bad service by changing their name. This is the same Zia Palo, same staff, same rude waitresses. When I realized this I walked out again. I will repost my previous review. This is a sleazy business practice; you would think the owner would hire new staff instead of paying for a new sign. By all means, go and prove me wrong, and let me know. I’ve heard the food was good, but I just can’t get past the bad service. My previous review:
Terrible. We went in and were seated quickly. 45 minutes passed and no one even acknowledged us to take our drinks. As we got up to leave a waitress said she would seat us in one moment. We told her we had been seated, and were not served. She didn’t seem to care. We had a hungry three year old so we had to go up the street to Burger King. Thanks for ruining our night.
