Staff is very friendly, always helpful. BUT don’t go in if you’re in a rush or have a busy day. I’m always sitting in the lobby for at least 30 minutes before getting helped. That doesn’t count sitting inside the room or anything. It’s like they’re always short staffed or something

Planned parenthood has been there for me for over ten years, starting as a confused 14 year old. I am upset with one doctor, whom I am told is «crazy about blood pressure.» She had me switch birth control twice, and have problems ever since. But what can I say, PP has been there before my mom would even admit I was active.

Clean, clear, exactly like every other Planned Parenthood I’ve been to including friendliness of front desk and interns. I will say that for someone who deals primarily with probably-nervous women in need of reproductive care, nurse practitioner Heidi made me feel stupid and immature. She was cold and talked to me like I was a child throwing out terms, and my attempts at breaking the ice were met with silence and a glower. My exam was 15 seconds and she made no attempt to make my visit anything but uncomfortable. I was nearly in tears when I left– and I’ve been getting exams for decades!
