Griffith Furniture

My husband and I ordered a sectional through Griffith Furniture, and it was a great experience from top to bottom.
After a frustrating experience at Wilson Furniture, where no two associates would give us the same information (suddenly, the price is 100 $ more than we were told just minutes before, and the wait is 2 weeks longer), I emailed Griffith asking for a quote on a couch we had found that we liked. At that point, I was feeling like going with a store that had a little more integrity and could get their information straight.
Most businesses don’t reply through email, so I was very impressed when I received a really quick reply with all the information I had asked for. A business who is willing to take the time to give someone information, without seeing them face-​to-​face? That was my first clue that this was a much better place to buy from, and I am so glad we did.
John was the one who emailed me back, and when we showed up, he was great about showing us fabric options and helping us decide what we wanted. He was a smiling, friendly face, who never tried to push or pressure us.
There was no sudden increase in price and sudden increase in delivery time when we purchased it, unlike our previous experience elsewhere — honesty goes a long way, people. What he quoted us was exactly what it was, as it should be.
It’s also worth mentioning that Griffith has great pricing. Their prices were way better than Wilson. I would much prefer a company like Griffith that has reasonable pricing to start with than one like Wilson who says «If you find it somewhere else for a better price, we’ll match it.» Price things well to start with, and you will get the sales.
We custom ordered a Stanton couch, and it came in super quick — it was delivered within three weeks. The delivery crew was great — the guys had to carry it up a flight of stairs and through balcony archways, and they were super careful with it. They even helped assemble the cushions and put the pillows on the couch.
We are very happy with our purchase.
I will definitely come back to Griffith for all my furniture needs in the future. They are great, friendly, honest people, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great service.

Just moved to town from across the country and needed furniture. Went to a few places in town, but this had the best selection for my taste (traditional/​modern) and the furniture wasn’t massively over-​sized. Prices seemed much more reasonable than other stores visited in the Bellingham area.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, but not up in your face.
Bought a model off the floor and they were even able to deliver it the same day!
Waiting on a few other items to come in and be delivered, but would go back in a heartbeat.

Only seen their tv commercial but that’s probably enough to keep me away. Must be a relative of local NFL player Jake Locker as he makes an attempt to do a commercial for them. Pretty cheesy
