I’ve always had excellent service here the baked spaghetti is my absolute favorite. The sauce is delicious it’s the only sauce I’ve eaten that doesn’t give me heart burn. Also during lunch hours the French dip is really good too. Great prices, hearty portions we usually leave with leftovers. Also the atmosphere is family so I can bring my kids without any dirty looks if they’re not being perfect so I can relax too.

I have heard many rave reviews from friends and co-workers about Cascade Pizza. As such I have done my due diligence and visited here several times before making my conclusions. Overall I have found Cascade to have lackluster food quality, low beverage choices, but friendly staff and good service. Avoid the pizza. While the food is their namesake, it is possibly the poorest thing on their menu. Absolutely nothing tasted right about it. My wife recalls as a child making«tortilla pizzas» when she was hungry. Getting a flour tortilla, putting tomato sauce and mexican mix pre-shredded cheese on it and warming it up in the microwave. While I would not deign to say that Cascade’s pizza is quite that barbaric, the fact that it reminded her of that experience says a lot. The pizza is just no good. Pretty fairly priced, I will give them that, but getting a frozen pizza is the same cost and probably tastes better. That being said other dishes are not bad. I particular I like the BBQ Roast beef grinder. I highly recommend it for those in the mood for a tangy, saucy, big sandwich. In fact most of the sandwiches are good. The Baked Italian dishes are also a decent bet. The baked Lasagna was tasty enough when we tried it, but we haven’t explored that part of the menu that much. But while these other menu choices are better than the pizza, they are still far from mind-blowing. As far as drinks go I am always a little disappointed with their selection of beer. However, I must give them kudos for their great staff and excellent service. We have never been disappointed. They are very attentive, checking on us just the right amount and answering questions with a smile. The hosts/owners are well-known and liked and have always been kind to us. Overall, it’s one of those places where we tried to like it, but were just not overly thrilled. If they gave their pizzas some tender loving care it would be so much better.

Best. Meatballs. Ever. The red sauce(there is a choice of meat or Parmesan) is truly delicious. And the pizza was cheesy and crunchy in perfect proportions.

This is the best Italian restaurant in the county. The pizza is great and I love the $ 5 appetizers. The ribs are tender and juicy and the meatballs are spicy like they should be.

Let me start by saying that I don’t usually write reviews for places even if I think they are amazing, I’m not sure why I don’t I just don’t. However, I have been a loyal customer of Cascade Pizza since I was a child, I even worked there for 3 years in my early 20’s and have continued to be a loyal customer. The food is amazing! Today however, I left so furious and biting my tongue so I did not stoop so low as to screaming obscenities at the pathetic excuse of an owner. They apparently have just starting serving mimosas so I decided to try one out, they have the mini champagne bottles that normally(at least every restaurant I have been to or worked at) they poor into a glass add the OJ and give you the remaining 2 sips of the bottle. I had the bottle on my table when Pete, the original owners son in law, walked in and we exchanged a few pleasantries and then he asked me how I got the bottle. My server who has been there as long as I can remember explained that she gave it to me. He then stormed back to the bar, told the bartender to follow him upstairs where he proceeded to yell at her so loud I could hear it word for downstairs and made her pay him the full price of a mimosa for give me not even a quarter of glass of champagne. I was so outrage and wanted to say something to him but I know that it probably would have made things worse, so instead I gave her the money that she had to pay out of pocket and apologized for his despicable behavior. She refused to take the money from me but I told her I was very stubborn and wouldn’t not take it with me so she better take it before he came down and pocketed that too. She apologized tome for having to witness his behavior but in no way was his actions anything that she or any one else should be forced to deal with. I will no longer support this business and I strongly urge others to take a stand against such a horrible owner who treats his employees so disrespectfully!

I’ve lived in the neighborhood with Cascade pizza for over 25 years and always enjoyed them. But I was there recently with my sister, husband and nephew. Everyone got their meals except my sisters husband. When we inquired about it, it turns out the waitress didn’t place his order. We were finished eating when his meal came. I told the waitress I thought he should get his meal for free she informed us the manager said only 15% off his meal. WHAT? Doesn’t CP know this town is still word of mouth! I was shocked. Customer service, not!

I have been coming to this place for years because my parents love it. Atmosphere really needs to be upgraded, the tables are sticky. I will say that their lemon chicken soup is one of the best I’ve ever had. They used to have really good grinders but the last time I was here they had change the bread and it was so hard that it hurt the roof of your mouth. The staff is always very pleasant and hospitable. We will continue to come back because of my parents but I really wish that they would at least update the tables so they are not sticky.

We have loved coming here for decades. Our favorite is the baked lasagna with meat sauce and I like to add pepperoni. Always comes with garlic bread. If you are going to have guests over the pan lasagna is the way to go. They have mastered the sauce that goes into the pan lasagna(I say this because when they first came out with the pan lasagna the sauce was not the best). Great place to go to catch a game in the bar and they always have great bar specials. The service is always great and friendly.

Came here on the recommendation of a native resident. Amazing atmosphere of friendly staff that deliver hot, fresh, and great tasting food. Special kudos to the gentleman who helped seat us. He recognized my daughters medals she just won at a district wrestling tournament, and offered to pay for her meal. Double thumbs up here!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The food was awful!!! My daughter had free spaghetti which tasted like canned dog food. My fiancé had to bake lasagna which was also disgusting and tasted old. And I had a brown Caesar salad and the baked Parmesan chicken with a side of pasta noodles. The chicken was OK it was a little overcooked but the cheese melted on top moistened it up. Service was good. And I’ve heard the bar is good with cheap drink.

I went with my uncles and had the lasagna pepperoni for $ 9.45. A large piping hot dish of pasta, meat sauce, and pepperoni was delivered to me shortly thereafter. It was filling and tasty, and definitely left me satisfied. For the price, this little local joint is a great spot for lunch, dinner, drinks, and dessert.

We ordered take out at about 9pm on a Wednesday. I think its worth mentioning that this place is open till 11 and they don’t treat you like an alien for ordering food after nightfall, unlike some other establishments in town. We ordered a large cascade special, a pepperoni grinder, and BLT w/extra B. They told us it’d be just fifteen minutes till our food was ready. We were right on time and so was our food. Our request for extra bacon was well accommodated. Both sandwiches were pretty good, their bread is fantastic.(I suspect it may be the same bread that sandwich odyssey uses, and I’m told they buy from Haggen) The pizza was good, not great. Its a pretty classic, thicker style crust, the type that was the only option back in 1989, it kinda matches the over all style and décor of this place. I’ll be headed back here to try some other options soon. Kudos for the great«late» night service.

Extremely meh food. Smell of smoke in food and at entrance since some of the employees have a bad habit of smoking and probably don’t wash their hands before going back int to cook or whatever. Have always had somewhat upset stomachs after eating. Never going back.

Okay, so this update has come too late. The owners updated the décor and added televisions to the wall. I like sports, so whenever I am in a mood for Italian while the seahawks are playing I go here. The food has always been great, I have grown to like their pizza; however I still have to say their lasagna is the best I’ve ever eaten. I may not be an Italian food snob but I have never been disappointed by any item on the menu. Great prices, great food, great atmosphere. I will say though, in the 10 years of going to this place they have only ran out of sausage for my lasagna once. That’s a good thing considering all the other restaurants in town that frequently forget to stock important items.

I should start by saying I’m an Italian American from the Northeast, so I’m coming from that perspective. Its been tough locating family style Italian out here. Pros: nice service, great parking, and cheap cheap cheap. The lemon chicken soup is tasty. The meatballs are good. Con’s: I had chicken parm, and it wasn’t great. The chicken was just a baked breast, rather than a breaded cutlet. The meat sauce was the right color and consistency, but it had an odd flavor I couldn’t quite place, maybe clove or allspice. Have also had pizza from here and I hate the crust, too thick and bland(again coming from NY, my pizza perspective is skewed). All of that said, my toddler loved it and is literally in the backseat right now saying how happy he is over his spaghetti and meatballs. So, we will be back. Despite the fact they have something on the menu called«Mexican lasagna». My grandfathers would turn over in their graves…

Love Cascade Pizza for their willingness to do what the customer wants. The bar-folk are always willing to try to make new drinks that I ask for, the ribs are a treat, and their avgolemono(Greek lemon-chicken-orzo soup) is always hot and delicious. This is a comfort food sort of place. I think the police department hangs out here for their monthly meetings because there is always a cop car or two or six in the lot. Buckle up! Pros: Ample parking, good cheap drinks, loads of cheese on their pizzas and pastas. Large portions, especially of the pastas. Website is kept well updated with the specials. Quick service, especially in the bar. Cons: Gourmet, it ain’t. Décor is a little old-fashioned, in keeping with family style out of the 80’s or early 90’s. Service can be a bit diner-esque.(«Whatcha havin’, honey?»)

We were in Bellingham for a girls weekend and went looking for pizza. We found it at Cascade Pizza and Italian Cuisine, which wasn’t far from the hotel we were staying at. The pizza was very good. My daughter, when she looked at the menu, found they have Fetaccini Alfredo with vegetables, she decided that was what she was having. She said it needed something, but couldn’t find what it meeded. Ww took our time eating and the waitreas kept oir glasses full(or at least tried to). All in all I think if we were to go back to Bellingham and were looking for pizza again we would come back to Cascade Pizza.

This is an awesome Italian restaurant/pizza place. They have an awesome take-out special for bachelors or people trying to get a couple of meals out of one pizza pie. Their pizza is my favorite so far in Bellingham. Good sauce, good crust, not overly expensive due to exotic toppings.
