What a great place! USUALLY!!! The server, he was awesome, good to come on a Sunday night, rather than waste, they some times over portion. The quality is good, very fresh tonight. However… The girl at the reciter, it is Sunday, 29 Nov 2015 at 730pm. Wow her attitude is by far the worst I have ever encountered and I have seen some doozies. Asked for condiments, she scowled. Gave wrong ones, refused a tray instead made me Cary everything separate… Then when asked for chopsticks. Wow it was like I asked for the remaining gold in the Great Wall! I get bad days, but no manager on duty should allow that, send her to cook, clean dishes, something other than front counter. It didn’t help that she appeared to be trying to have a lengthy and inappropriate convo with a male guest seated in the table in front of the register. We must have been cock blocking her for sure and we got the brunt! No Bueno! And she refused to give us a cookie

These people are rude and act like they don’t need to give customers courtesy or respect just because it’s near closing time. Also, if you say you close at 10 pm that doesn’t mean you lock your doors at 9:50 and ignore hungry customers on the other side because you are cleaning up. You get paid to keep them open till 10 so do so. Disrespectful

Went there last night, a lot of their dishes were missing. Ordered fried rice which was dry and did not taste like fried rice. Ordered orange chicken which greatly lowered my expectation of previous orange chicken expectations of PE. Ordered Beijing beef which was burnt. Was greatly dissatisfied with customer service. We were ordering two different servings of food and when it was my turn to order for my serving, the server ignored me and started serving the next customer. I mentioned that I was ordering and the server apologized to the customer they were going to serve instead of me.

They are slow, very slow, customer service is terrible, and they are indeed under staffed. Food is okay, but couldn’t get over how it took me a half an hour to get thrift l through the process.

This is the second time visiting this location. After the first time I said I will give it another try since I live close by and yet again was disappointed. I eat at Panda Express located close to my job in West LA but this location is horrible! The food has no flavor and the customer service is horrible.

Well worth waiting in a long line to get my food.
A little pricey but me and my husband share a 2 item combo and it’s just the right amount of food.
Ragoons are hit or miss at this place.
Parking is always crazy in the shopping center too!
We will be back. Would like to try something besides orange chicken…

I used to love Panda express but not anymore. Their food has no taste and so overpriced! $ 10.03 for a 2 item couple of walnut shrimp and shanghai angus steak with wilted asparagus and no flavor at all! I want to tell the cook that he needs to taste what he’s cooking. Usually you’ll taste the garlic flavor on the meat. I told that cashier that it is so overpriced and she kinda agree with me. They also didn’t have my favorite eggplant with tofu. That’s the only reason why I would eat at Panda Express. Not worth your money! you’re better off with the 2 for $ 20 at applebees or other restaurants.

Only good thing is close where I live. Portion of the food is little. Ordered chicken with mushroom. Got purely mushroom!!! I think all the servers trained to put little portion as possible.

So the food is fresh and pretty good but the portions for the price are extremely small. Some of you might get lucky and get bigger portions but out of the 50 times I have been here only about 10 of those times was I satisfied. They are extremely chintzy for the millions they make every year.
