Frozen Haven

Always neat and clean, the staff isn’t very talkative or interactive with you, kind of like its ran by robots lol, but they always have a smile on there face, and available when you need them.
The selection of Frozen Yogurt is nice and simple no crazy over the top weird concoctions, and they have plenty of toppings. The thing i notice everytime I’m there, whenever the staff handles the toppings or yogurt they always have gloves on which is a positive in my book to the max.

I love getting drinks and frozen yogurt here. I recommend the green tea smoothies and it is the perfect place for a hot day.

It’s good, nothing special and not that different to other yoghurt places. Good choice of toppings but the yoghurt was a bit sweet. Not my favorite. Nice staff though.

Place is very clean and quiet. Alot of add ons to choosr from and btw Taro flavor is bomb!

Great staff and impeccably clean. They also carry Dole Whip (Dole Pineapple), so it was nice saving a trip to Disneyland to get my favorite frozen treat.

Best customer service hands down. We go every night for a boba. Two times we have gone on Saturday/​Sunday and they ran out of boba. Since we go there often the cashier remembered us and asked for our phone number, took out order and made fresh boba and called us 45 minutes later to pick it up.

Love it here already the green tea smoothie with Boba is very creamy and delicious. Let’s not forget the customer service was awesome. The cashier made you feel very welcome I love that in a business. They have great selection on the different yogurt and great toppings very fresh yum.

This place has a good selection and the cashier is very nice. We are defiantly coming back

Frozen Haven is clean and the sorbet is delicious. There are a decent amount of topping and the price is fair as well. I’ll be coming back.

I definitely am a fan of this froyo spot. Moved close to it about a year ago and always visit the Wingstop or Starbucks next door, but never got a chance to check this place out. Wow, I was really missing out. They have a great selection of flavors and tons of add on goodies as well. Pretty cool that they have 3 different size cups to chose from depending on how much you want. Place is really big and kept extremely clean as well.
Its a place you want to check out. FYI parking can be a little tricky!

Wow. Stopped in for lunch because I was still hungry. Pregnant and picky. This place did not disappoint. The strawberry flavor tastes like the old fashioned strawberry flavor. The plain tart is exactly what it should be and most importantly not too sweet. This place is the best I’ve tried so far!

Not only was their fro-​yo spot on, but their service was just too bomb diggity for me to handle!

Never super busy, so I get my yogurt right away. The staff is always so friendly! I love the cupcake batter yogurt. My boyfriend and I go to get dessert there almost every Wednesday night! Definitely love this place (:

Bombest flab i’ve seen on a cashier ayeee!

My new favorite spot for my frozen yogurt needs. Love the simply tart and taro yogurts! It’s so colorful and the staff is friendly. Even though they have a small selection of yogurt, the toppings give them the added flavor you need. There is quite a big selection of toppings to choose from too! Definitely try it out!

It’s great to see that frozen yogurt places are still doing well. I live in the middle of Frozen Haven & Menchies, so these two locations will be in competition for my service!
I visited Frozen Haven as I was on my way home this evening. The interior was clean, & they offer free wifi which is a great alternative if its neighbor, Starbucks is full.
I had a few sample cups & the yogurts I tried tasted great. There are not a whole lot of choices, but what they do have were rich in flavor, which is sadly unusual for not-​so-​popular froyo places. They have a nice selection of toppings as well, and they have banana! One thing Menchies doesn’t have.
Overall it’s an excellent place to choose for a frozen yogurt run. The cups & spoons are cute too! The ONE complaint I would make is that the one staff worker that was there was not engaging at all. I was not welcomed in, & when I tried to start a little small talk while paying, she wasn’t having any of it. That little encounter won’t stop me from giving Frozen Haven a second chance. But if I experience the same type of staff service the next time I visit, I will commit myself to Menchies.

Frozen yogurt is honestly one of my favorite foods and I’ve been over Yogurtland ever since they started turning super corporate and watered down. I went to try this place because it was in a plaza with a bunch of businesses. I tried the plain tart and taro flavor. The taro flavor is on point! It was so creamy and flavorful and full of that flavor that makes taro so great. The plain tart was a tad bit watered down when I went, but that might have been because I went when it was just about to close.
Beautiful interior. Reminded me of Pinkberry and Menchies. Everyone that works there was super sweet and my favorite part was the amount of toppings they had. All the fruit was fresh and the pop tart and fruity pebble pieces definitely won me over! Thank you Frozen Haven. I will be skipping Yogurtland next time for youuu!

The store was immaculate (including their gorgeous white floor)
Topping choices.. .endless & yummy — I even loved the «pop-​tart» pieces!
Yogurt was delicious and tons of choices — they have 12 flavors
This is Great!!! I’m looking to move to Cerritos so this will be a great place to visit frequently!

Was excited for a new place to open up so close to home… especially a frozen yogurt place!
But then I ate there.
Certain flavors tasted watered down. You know, like the soft serve ice cream they serve at cheap buffets. There’s not much of a variety of flavors, either. To their benefit, there are a decent variety of goodies/​toppings but what’s the point??!
In a nutshell– Drive a little further to Menchies or even further to Yogurtland. You’re welcome.
