Service was amazing, pretzels were ok, cheese dip horrible, and not having cream cheese as a dipping choice made me want to cry. Honestly the person working the counter was the saving grace here. Too bad this isn’t Auntie Anne’s.

we were there for Cultural Crossroads yesterday and I wanted to support a German Food Venue, and asked for a Pretzel. It was the worst Pretzel I ever had. no flavor, just white dough and brown color. if you want real Pretzels that’s not the place to go.

I might be biased as I am from Germany, but this neither the brat nor the Pretzels were particularly good. Prices are good, but not worth it.

I walked around the food court looking for a place to eat and was greeted with some pretty unfriendly stares. One place I stood in line for several minutes as the employees wouldn’t even acknowledge me. My friend had just had a really good pretzel at this place, so I decided to check it out. The polish sausage was awesome, the waffle fries better than Chik-Fil-A, and the customer service was top notch!

Went there with a groupon. I’m vegetarian and can only eat the veggie dog. Of course they said they didnt have any. And it was only 12:00, they just opened, and I was told just come back another day. Too bad I live very far away. There are plenty of other places in the food court that didn’t run our of food in the begging of the day. And were more kind and thoughtful of there customers needs. Totally getting a refund on my groupon!

Been in twice, or actually 3 times but was only able to eat twice. The first time, I tried to order but the only person working was in the kitchen area and appeared not to hear me, gave up after several minutes and several attempts to get her attention and order. The other times, the food was pretty good. Had a Bavarian pretzel with cheddar which was yummy. Today I went back and had a chicken sausage on a pretzel bun with waffle fries. Really good! Portion of fries was a bit small, and it took more than 10 minutes to get the food, it is made fresh to order though. Customer service both times that I ordered was very friendly. Great option for Crossroads, a bit removed from the other food places, so I hope they get noticed and are able to stay in business. I will definitely be back.

Incredibly underwhelming are the first things that come to mind when I bit into this sausage. I ordered a Polish dog, came with a tiny bit of fries like I mean tiny, the smallest bag of chips ever made, and a flat soda all of this was 11 dollars… The waffle fries were not bad they were nicely seasoned but the sausage itself wasn’t appetizing at all. Just looking at it it looked rather sickly. I’ve had some amazing sausages in my day and this was one of the worst I would rather eat a Costco dog, at least then I’d have some flavor and save some money. If you want a good sausage go to the Berliner in Renton this place is not worth the stop in. It’s overpriced and underdelivering, the only redeeming factor is the fries and the size of the sausage itself.

A good option in the food court at Crossroads Mall. I had the sausage plate, which included a tasty bratwurst, sauerkraut, a very flavorful cold potato salad and a soft pretzel. Everything was very good. I loved the variety of mustards available. You can eat in the main food court, where there is often live music.

Not bad for mall food. I had the cinnamon & sugar pretzel with the Nutella dip. Could have used a bit more of the cinnamon mixture, but still pretty tasty and fresh. Service was quick and professional.

I don’t know why there are so many fabulous reviews ! It was just okay, I’ve had better fair food. I had the cheddar brat on a pretzel bun(really no flavor to the bun). My boyfriend had the bacon brat on a pretzel bun, he thought the same. It was okay but I would never come back. It’s mall food, I guess I was expecting to be blown away by the reviews.

Great brats. Friendly service. It did leave me wanting more. The side of fries was lacking but whatever they sprinkled over it was so good. I would gladly pay another $ 1 for more fries. I had the German brat and it was delicious. My husband tried the bacon brat and it was juicy and bacon-y lol

Note: located inside Crossroad’s food court I got the curry wurst, which is a sausage and waffle fries with curry ketchup and curry powder. You can choose any type of sausage you want, and I chose the brat(«clean pork»). With Unilocal check in(15% off), total comes to less than $ 7, pre tip. so not bad. To be honest though, I was a little disappointed. I didn’t have high expectations or much to compare it to, but it tasted just average. The sausage was fine but wasn’t very juicy, and it was already partially cut(see pic) so it probably continually dried out while I was eating it. The waffle fries were just okay — mostly soft and no crisp to them. The curry ketchup was pretty good though, and the«free»(it should just be a side) pickle and grilled onions were fine. but you can’t really mess those up. What’s nice is that they cook to order, so you know your food is hot, unlike most of the other food court options where the food is already just sitting there. but with that, your food will take maybe 5 – 10 minutes longer than it will for those getting food from those other options. Overall, not bad and sufficed for a quick, cheap meal. I just wouldn’t suggest or recommend this place. With so many options around too, chances are slim I’ll be back.

If you have a craving for a decent brat, this is one of the best spots in the area.

Good sausages, worth the wait, but they could use a bit of organization in the kitchen to streamline the process. We waited 20minutes for two sausages

Sausage made by Uli’s Famous Sausage, so you know they are excellent in quality. Antibiotic Free, Humanely Raised, Natural Pork. I know this because they buy it from me. More importantly is the unique way Wunderbrat has created their menu. The sausage comes in the Pretzel and then you can squirt all of your condiments in a boat and dip away. And they also have currywurst. Had some the other day and it is fast, tasty, and filling! If you have children, they will love this place! My son is 5 and he can eat two!

We’ve been here several times and are fans of the pretzel buns with any of the sausages, except maybe not the cheddar one(if you’re expecting a lot of cheese like we were). Just went again tonight and was pleasantly surprised by the re-vamping of their menu and acceptance of the FiveStars Rewards card. The Currywurst and Polish in a pretzel bun made a nice light dinner for our little family of four. I look forward to going back for the sausage dinner plate to dig into more of the great Uli’s bratwurst, yummy sauerkraut and try the German potato salad.

Stopped for lunch in Crossroads mall, I ordered the sausage plate and after I was waiting for a few minutes the server informed me that they were out of the potato salad for a couple of days and was offered the waffle fries instead. I realy wanted the potato salad, and the waffle fries were barley warm. The sauerkraut was cold out of the jar and the pretzel was barely warm and only had about 6 grains of salt on it I had ordered the polish sausage and believe I was served the bratwurst instead, although it was the only good thing on the platter. I don’t think I will eat here again, just disappointed.

This was my first time here so I had to try it. There variety of pretzels are outstanding. Not too hard and not too soft. Just perfect. And the warmer container that the pretzels are displayed in keeps the pretzels at the perfect temperature, ready for you to eat as soon as you pay for it. What I liked about this little pretzel place too was that next to the entrance, they have this glass displaying through their kitchen so you can see how they make pretzels which I thought was pretty awesome. The menu is pretty basic but they are pretzels so what do you expect… Lol. It’s worth the try from some snacks…

I visited the seattle, Washington area for a week, and while I was there I was really craving a pretzel, so I found wunderbrat in the bellevue mall. Now, I’m vegan, so when I ordered my pretzel, I asked for the regular pretzel with no butter and no dairy. To be honest, it didn’t taste very good, it tasted very bland, but if you’re not vegan, maybe it will taste better with butter or cheese or something. All I know, is I will never eat their pretzels again. Their customer service was great, though. I didn’t feel uncomfortable, and they were very polite when I asked to see the ingredients in their pretzels.

I frequent Crossroads mall since their food court is awesome, this place was under construction for a while and well. who doesn’t love brats? Anyway, place is clean, man working was very friendly. Prices are fair given the quality of the food. However, if you were in the mood for a quick and cheap pretzel dog, this place isn’t for you. That being said the food is cooked to order, so quality is good, but if you’re in a pinch like trying to rush to a movie, you may want to just grab a slice of pizza next door. They do have a decent amount of mustard options at their condiment section. My only wish is they sold beer, but then again Crossroads Food Court doesn’t allow it anyway. Anyway, the Brats are good, I really liked the Bacon Pretzel dog. I will definitely come by the next time I’m in Crossroads for my Funko Pop Search.
