Great experience shopping here yesterday! Lisa was awesome helping me pick out gifts and prizes for an upcoming baby shower. I look forward to being a regular customer at this store!!!

I went shopping here for my girlfriend after her first VB purse was stolen.
They store is nice and homey, the sales staff seem to go out of their way to help you. After replacing my girlfriend’s stolen purse, the zipper fell off about 10 months later.
We walked in the store, explained what happened and they exchanged the purse for a new one… no questions asked, didn’t have to show reciept, just in and out…
I have no problem spending my money on my GF at this place, they rock!

LOVE Vera Bradley! Cutest make up bags, luggage, iPad cases, you name it! I went to this store because I didn’t want to pay the $ 8 shipping online (of course after I paid the 520 bridge tolls to get here and back I probably paid the same).
I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, and they had it! Super easy getting in and out since I knew it was on the 2^nd floor near the Nordstroms. i got out of my car at 1:20pm, and was back in my car by 1:30pm. Super easy!

I’m Vera Bradley fan, they have the cutest purses, bags and pattens, I have 3, and I’d have more if they weren’t so expensive, but great bags, I mostly shop on line, but have been to this store once, and it was nice, I didn’t find what I wanted so I think I’ll stick to on line shopping for now

This is the only Vera Bradley in the area so it’s not like I have a ton of choice when I want this brand.
I do like the corner space in this store though. They also have a second room, catalogs and guestbooks right up front and a nice seating area.
As the only Vera Bradley around, thank goodness they carry a good selection. Don’t underestimate how much they can pack into that store! They do have all sorts of restrictions on not honoring online prices or sales and whatnot though so you have to weigh your odds to decide if you’re better off buying here or paying for shipping.
The customer service is kind of a mixed bag. I come here a lot and I feel like they kind of blow you off until they realize you legitimately are there to shop. Then they’re great.
Customer service forced me to knock off a star, but all in all, it’s a good store.

The Bellevue store offers a huge selection of products. I recently purchased a carry-​on suitcase for myself and a cute, little purse for my daughter. I have many items by Vera Bradley and they really do hold up extremely well. There are so many patterns that something is bound to appeal to everyone.
The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the lack of variation in the actual design of the handbags. The medium and large bags generally do have little pockets sewn into the lining but otherwise, there’s no way to organize your things unless you also purchase some of the accessory bags. However, they do now offer a wide variety of these smaller accessory bags so if it’s in your budget, you can truly customize your handbag experience!

Vera Bradley offers an interesting array of bags, wallets, and other accessories. I’m going to be honest… I had never heard of Vera Bradley until a friend mentioned that she wanted a bag from there, so I stopped by.
I was a little overwhelmed by the wide array of styles, colors, and patterns that they offer. I sought the help of a sales associate who took the time to first off figure out my friend’s personality and what she would like. After a few choices, we finally came to a pattern that suited her as well as a style bag that she would love. I recently gave it to her and it was a hit!
The English/​Victorian décor is sure to put some men off. So women, if you have to take your man there, wear them out from shopping all over Bellevue Square and then tell them there is comfortable chairs there that they can sit at! Believe me, there is always seats available and they are extremely comfortable!
