I had to get trade show badges to my husband asap since he forgot them at home and needed them for the business trip he had just left for, out of state. This store is nearby and on my way to daycare. I dashed in, and the store clerk was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I missed the last pick up for the day, but that wasn’t his fault. He completed the label for me, and went over my options for the next fastest way to make sure he got the badges.(And it worked, btw). I’ll be back to give this location more business.

If there was a zero star I must have given them no star. I sent a very important mail on Saturday 10/25/2014 and requested for a tracking number. Paid over 10 bucks for just an envelop with important documents. The lady said it should get to the destination within 2 business days. On Monday, I started tracking it thru the UPS store website as instructed on the receipt, but it’s not found. It clearly says that if you’re unable to track, you can contact the store directly. It’s been over three days, I contacted the store. This guy said I should contact the USPS customer service and tell them to update their tracking system. There’s NOTHING they can do. Yes, he used the exactly wording«There is nothing we can do to help» which makes me really angry. This is a very unprofessional and irresponsible feedback when I ask for help especially when they are there to provide customer service. I will definitely NOT go back for their service with this amount of money I paid. And I will start telling my family and friends in my community NOT to go there for mailing service. There’s a local post office in Factoria and they are way better. If not because it was on a Saturday and it was close to where I live on a rainy day, I would have gone to the post office! I am extremely disappointed and not satisfied with the«service» they provided. To make it clear, there was basically no service.

I used to give a lot of business to this store and both the owner and staff were great and a pleasure to do business with. Then a year or so ago it was sold to a new owner, and the whole place fell apart. Almost immediately the new owner made clear he was doing his customers a favor by letting them use the store’s services, not the other way around. I now avoid this store like the plague.

If everything and I mean everything is not perfect they charge you. I have been here before and because I hadn’t taped my box completely the told me to either buy a roll of tape or pay a dollar for them to apply 5 cents of tape. So I bought an overpriced roll of tape and did it myself. On my second visit I used that same roll of tape to tape everything up. But shame on me I didn’t tape the label on the box. I didn’t on purpose, since I wanted to be sure it was placed where they wanted it. But the jackleg in the store has to scold me and threaten to charge me to tape it on I will go somewhere else.

I prepared a «goody» basket to ship to a friend and needed a box to fit the basket size. The gentleman at the store was extremely helpful and told me I could either purchase the box and pack myself or, for a fee, he would pack it for me. Not only did he put the basket in the box with protective packing material, he also wrapped the breakable items in the basket in bubble wrap and put it all back together. When he was done, the basket looked better than when I brought it in! And he did all of this in a short amount of time so the basket would be shipped that day. The fee for doing all of this work was quite reasonable and he was very helpful in providing costs for all of the shipping alternatives. Most impressive in terms of service and value received and I will use this store for all of my shipping needs in the future.

Generally ok service but the new people they’ve hired are inexperienced and not at all sevice oriented. Considering their high fees, I would expect much better service.
