Starbucks

Came here an hour before closing. The dude working there was already cleaning, but he was prompt in getting my order asap. I needed a pick me up and ordered a hot brew sumatra. It was all he had and he even offered to brew any of the other coffees. Super nice, but I was good on the sumatra. The cash register was done, so he actually gave it to me for freeeeee. YAY! I saved myself $ 2, and the coffee tasted that much better!
This location is within the Key building with ample seating. It was my first time ever in the building and everyone passing by Starbucks seemed to know the barista there! I didn’t catch his name, but he seemed really nice chit chatting with the people passing through to get home. I hear this place can get busy in the morning (of course), but glad I came when I did!

Love this place. They are nice and friendly regardless of how busy they are sometimes. Service is not slow.
Had wrong drinks but understandable if it could have been a miscommunication. Let them know and they would fix it right away. Keep up the good work!

We are talking about Starbucks… Christmas time is the best time. The egg-​nog latte and Xmas drip are pretty potent. Besides that I only drink the bold drip. Just like every Starbucks, the drip is way better than the Lattes and Americanos…
Since Starbucks are everywhere, this is the ONLY review you need.

Super friendly staff and they remember your order!

The lines can be insane here and while the staff is nice, the staff at the location across the street is more personable and so I find myself going there far more often. When I first started coming here, there was one barista who made the most delicious sugar-​free hazlenut lattes, but she left after a few months and now it’s just OK. However, this is the location I come to when I want to visit with friends, as it is located inside the Key Center building and opens up onto a large atrium area with plenty of seating and tables. The other location is too small and crowded to be good for groups.

This Starbuck’s is (literally) across the street from another Starbuck’s and there’s another one down the stairs from this one too.
I’m not a fan of this store as much as others, but it’s pretty close to the bus stop. It lacks the customary quality service. Coffee is standard Starbuck’s.
But the lamest thing is it’s not really very cozy. They have it facing out in to the lobby of the building, but it’s so open that you can’t relax. Also, the shop area extends in to the walkway from the door, which makes it feel even more bustling.
The barista can really whip out kid’s hot chocolate fast though.
