Starbucks

Crappy Service. I paid for an Egg-​Nog Latte’, instead I got Egg-​Nog flavored Coffee, instead of the 5.00 Egg Nog, I ordered. The Lemon Pound cake was thrown in the bag, so it was broken.
The ALdy making my latte, asked a co-​worked if the machines. was broken, to which yes. So, instead of making me a New Cup, I get to work 3 mins later and find out, I have spent 7.67 and for CRAP.
I have tried calling, but, of course, the line was Busy!

Okay so this location was horrible at fixing my cotton candy frappuccino or should I say «Crappuccino» the girl fixing my drink messed it up twice! They had to make it twice and then they handed me a dirty cup! I asked did u just hand me a dirty cup she says I cleaned it. Yet there was whipped cream dripping down the side of my cup! At this point I’m like don’t even use the whip cream I am GOOD without it. The girl had the nerve to catch an attitude with me. The manager never came over and assisted or apologized to me. Never go to this place!

Since I work closeby, this starbucks has (had!) always been my first choice for breakfast. The service was always good, but apparently it is going downhill! The baristas got my order totally wrong for both my cookie and drink order. They did not confirm my order and I was still charged with the wrong things. They did not even apologize for that! I ordered a ice white chocolate mocha, the girl ended up making a mocha frapp. She asked me twice if I still wanted the wrong drink, well obvi no thanks. I don’t know, mayber I’ll consider another starbucks then. Thanks for making my morning so bitter.

it’s a nice starbucks, and the staff is friendly, but the people that sit in there aren’t even customers. like in just one visit, a teen was harassing a customer for money, and two seperate parties came in and started eating their outside lunches in there. i’m presuming because it’s both the starbucks that services the transit center & nearby commercial buildings that it might get overwhelming like that, but still. shouldn’t take away from the nice setup & staff, though.

I asked for a Decaf Misto and the gal tried to charge me more for a Americano with extra milk. It’s a $ 0.60 difference just because they don’t have decaf coffee brewed. Why should I have to pay more because it’s inconvenient for them to make more!!!

It can be difficult to tell which Starbucks this is when you are searching on the Unilocal app. The Starbucks at this address is the one at City Center across from the Bellevue Transit Center. It is confusing as there is another Starbucks across the street in the Key Center.
This store is a bit on the smaller side, but is good in that it is very convenient if you are looking for a bite and coffee before getting on a bus to wherever you need to go or for a workday pick me up since it is the downtown Bellevue business district. The store is also open on Saturdays unlike other nearby Starbucks locations which are open only on weekdays.
Still, the smallness is a detractor on this location. There is relatively limited seating and the food offerings is smaller than larger Starbucks locations that I have been to. This Starbucks is more suited to be a grab and go sort of place. If you are looking for a Starbucks with ambiance, I would suggest walking a few blocks west to the one at Bellevue Square. Otherwise, this store does the trick if you are simply looking for a drink and a light snack.

The prices here are the same as any other Starbucks — so if prices are «high» for you, then they’re «high» for you at all Starbuckses (just thought I’d make a note).
I like that the staff here are friendly and won’t give you crap if you step in to use their wifi for a minute (I’ve done it on a few occasions, but I usually come in to grab a drink). Drinks are made quickly and with a smile on their face.
It is small, so there isn’t much standing room. There are a few seats, but given how crowded it can get you’re better off finding somewhere else.
It’s a great place to sit and drink your coffee while you wait for your bus to arrive — and it’s only a couple blocks from the Bellevue Mall.

I work in the building so I am pretty regular. Friendly staff that will remember your name and drink and have it ready for you quickly. It is a small starbucks that is better suited for the quick grab and go opposed to sitting and working on a laptop or reading the paper.
Quick, Efficient, and Friendly.
As a shareholder, I suggest that everyone that reads this review immediately go to your nearest Starbucks and buy a coffee for yourself. On second thought, buy one for your friend as well!

Whenever I need my Starbucks fix, I would come to this location. It’s always crowded and it can be loud at times, but I have no complaints regarding their service.

I prefer the Starbucks on the other side of the Bus Terminal. This one is kind of small and crowded and causes me to miss my bus.

I normally love my Starbucks because of service. The girl behind the counter was giving me disapproving looks because I asked for bathroom key although I came in to find a place to relax during lunch time with a company of a nice cup of coffee. Hoping that it was just a bad day for her but I do appreciate better service.

I work in the City Center Bellevue building and this is my «every morning» Starbucks. The staff is great and for the regulars, they know your name and memorize your drinks. Even on busy days they move pretty quick; one thing that stands out about this store is it may be the quickest Starbucks service on the Eastside. They are good and quick — kudos to them!

OK let’s get the negatives out of the way first.
*The coffee isn’t that great.
*The prices are high.
And this particular location is teeny-​tiny and prone to getting loud when busy.
However, comparing Starbucks to Starbucks, this has got to be one of the best stores in the area. It’s right across the street from my office, so 1 star for convenience. The baristas are always extremely nice and friendly, 2 stars for you guys. It can get busy in the morning rush, but before 7am and after 10am, it’s usually possible to walk right in and be helped, 1 star. And they have always gotten my order correct, so here’s another star!
Oh and for those of you who aren’t within walking distance, I believe they validate parking in the parking garage of the tall copper building next door.

Dear (the most delightful) staff at Starbucks,
Thank you for being there in my time of (daily) need — you bring a semblance of normality into my otherwise hectic life. Every morning at 10:00 AM I come to you to fulfill this insatiable craving and no matter how battered and bruised I might be from the evening previous you soothe me with a legally addictive substance unregulated by the FDA in the form of a grande, extra-​room Americano with 3 packets of Sugar in the Raw and half-​and-​half. And the world makes sense again.
But in times of crisis when the lines are long you anticipate my need and take that extra step, providing me with my java before I even have a chance to step up to the register.
