We were referred to Stanton by our agent and had an excellent inspection. He fit us into his schedule when we needed an inspection done ASAP for a quick closing. Stanton was very thorough and efficient in explaining the various issues he found in very understandable terms to us newbie homebuyers. The report he produced was emailed promptly the same day. Any issues he found were accompanied with pictures and explanations about what repairs or replacements need to be done. Highly recommended.

We’re in the middle of that special hell known as home buying. We needed the inspection done immediately because we’re trying to sell a house and buy a house at the same time and we wanted everything to go quickly.
My realtor gave me Stanton’s name on a Thursday to set up a weekend appointment. Despite the fact that the home we’re looking at is all the way on Vashon island Stanton agreed to come on a Sunday. He was there before we got there. He was efficient, relatively fast and very friendly. He gave us both very clear verbal and written details and suggestions. He had our report to us the next day, several days earlier than requested.
I would absolutely use him again!

My Realtor recommended Stanton, who has experience in every phase of building a house. I come from out of state, a single woman, and in the process of purchasing this house in Maple Valley. The day of the house inspection, he was friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient to not only answer my questions as I followed him around, but offered to explain various damage and safety issues and their priorities of importance. My Husband and I met Stanton last month when we were inspecting a lemon of a house. He was extremely professional and believe it or not can even make a home inspection fun. After review, we passed on the first house we looked at and hired him again this month to inspect another house that we fell in love with.
