I loved living here. The staff are friendly and professional, the buildings are clean. If I ever had a problem or request, it was fixed at lightning speed. After two years, the only reason I moved away was to be closer to work. Affordable and within walking distance to everywhere in downtown Bellevue… what’s not to love?

I loved living here. It was a great opportunity to live in downtown Bellevue without paying a fortune. Having moved from Renton, this apartment offered the least sticker shock but all of the benefits of living in a downtown location, walkable to just about everything you need without a car: restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, pet store, hair salons, nail salons, shopping malls, gyms and the list goes on!
We lived in a studio loft and it was a really cool layout and efficient use of the space. The fact that the bedroom area is on the second floor made the place feel a lot bigger than it was. We never heard any noise from our neighbors and didn’t get a single noise complaint even though my husband played guitar and sang quite loudly as well as cranked the music up high.
The team here is wonderful! Responsive to service requests, kept the building and community areas very clean and always helpful with any questions. We didn’t get a chance to tidy up the place before we moved out and they were so awesome about it. Surprisingly, we even got our full security deposit back!
We moved out because of the lure of living in a shiny new high rise building, also in downtown Bellevue. As a trade-​off, we are paying almost double the rent we paid here. I’ll always remember living here fondly and highly recommend it to those of you that are considering it.

Excellent, friendly staff, speedy maintenance and clean building. Rent is significantly lower than other Bellevue buildings due to the complete lack of extra amenities, and the building (and appliances) being older. You get a great deal for a downtown apartment. Cement walls so very little noise from other units. Current resident so I’m not sure what they’re like when moving out, but I’m guessing equally awesome.
