Excalibur Apartments

Wonderful place to rent. It’s close to downtown, and easy access to Highways. The building have many options in terms of space, they have sufficient parking space. The property has been kept clean and maintained. All employees are helpful, caring and most importantly love their jobs. It’s a nice community to be in. I highly recommend this building to interested renters.

These apartments are terrible. WAY TOO SMALL shoebox apartments, crappy upholstery, noisy because of the layout of the building, careless neighbors, and the office is terribly staffed too.
I lived there in 2009 – 2010 and the office staff never told me about my packages that were waiting for me at the office, the parking garage never had good parking available, always terrible parkers there, and they overcharged me for cleaning fee when i moved out.
Don’t waste your time.

The Excalibur apartments have been a great place to live. I have only been living here for about 6 months and so far it’s been great. I’ve never lived in an apartment complex where the staff was so diligent, nice and helpful to residents.
The location of the apartment is key. Still in downtown Bellevue but more along the outside so it’s not right in the middle of the busy parts of town. The rent is not cheap, but not outrageously priced like other nearby apartment complexes. The building is rather new (built in 2005) so the interiors are nice and the walls are not crazy thin. The thing that sold me was that parking IS INCLUDED with the rent. I just haven’t heard of that from any other place before. There are also quiet hours from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m.
Other features incude a super tiny gym (I prefer to walk 10 minutes to LA fitness though), management office in the building, 2 laundry rooms in the building (you can also rent a stackable washer/​dryer in your unit for $ 50/​month — if you really want to pay for convenience), and much more.
Honestly, just call the office and make an appointment because the staff is so nice and would be willing to help anyone out in the apartment hunting process.
