Service King Collision Repair of Bellevue

I seriously need a punch card for this place. My driving is that bad. I’ve been here twice… soon to be three times. I got into 2 car accidents over the last few years where my car was really close to being totaled. Upon inspection, they weren’t sure if they could fix the car but somehow they managed to get it back to «almost» new. Both times ended up taking a little bit longer than quoted but I was told that Service King wasn’t happy with the quality of the work done in some parts so they had their team go back and redo it. While not ideal on the timing side, it’s still awesome that they took that much accountability for their work.
However, there are a few things that I wasn’t thrilled about:
1) The phone wait times are insane. It’s so hard to get through to a representative. I guess that’s a good sign that they have a lot of customers? Maybe they need to hire a few more so that I’m not on the phone for ²⁰⁄₃₀ minutes+.
2) Before I had my accident, the air conditioning in my car was working perfectly. In the accident, the AC fluid was leaking out of the car causing some damage. Afterward, when I tried the AC, it didn’t work and when I asked them to follow up, they found A problem regarding the AC that they fixed but said that the AC not working was just coincidental and not something that they caused. It just sounds suspicious to me since I had no issues in the past.
3) My car is from 2005 and still has a CD player in there. I had to go to Best Buy a while back to install an input so that I could play my ipod. (Ghetto, I know) When I got back into the car, it stopped working and was no longer configured. Now I have to go back to Best Buy and pay a few hundred dollars to get it fixed.
Overall, the good outweighs the bad but just be cautious that you have a good understanding of what works/doesn’t work ahead of time so you don’t run into the same issues.

Outstanding service. Impeccable workmanship. They even went the extra mile by polishing an undamaged headlight to match the replaced one on the other side.

I took my car here just to get an estimate and was floored by how friendly and polite the gentleman was on the Saturday morning that helped me. Jonathan Carter was outstanding! He answered every question I asked and exceeded my expectations more than once. Because of him I decided to get my car fixed here. I got my car back in no time and I couldn’t believe how much of a good job they did. My car looked new again! I was paying out of pocket and Jonathan understood that money was tight and we chatted about a half an hour about random things since I was having a tough time in my life and he was very supportive and gave me wonderful advice on things. If anything he deserves a raise and should be noticed for his acts of kindness and I hope that my review will help in doing so. I will definitely be back from my experience and will tell all of my friends and family members. Their work is phenomenal!

Ok, so anyone who knows me knows I’m not the best driver in the world. I’ve got a lead foot, and fall pathetically into the «Asian Driver» stereotype. I jokingly kid that whomever passed me in Driver’s Ed. must have had cataracts or something. I don’t like cars, and trust me, they don’t like me either.
I recently got into a bit of a fender bender, and found myself nearly totaling my Nissan. The damages were extensive; front bumper, grille, front lamps, radiator support, cooling, AC/​Heater, hood, wheels, front suspension, paint, missing mirror and panel, as well as rim and tire damage.
I took my car into Service King Collision Repair off Bel Red. I can’t honestly say I wasn’t skeptical of exactly how much they could do for such a damaged vehicle. Frankly I half expected them to just total it, and give me the Blue Book for it.
To my surprise, they not only did an outstanding job, but my car looks even better than when I bought it. I think they even greased the doors because opening and closing them, they feel lighter than air.
The team that worked with me were incredibly supportive and informative. They didn’t treat me like a number, or leave me hanging with a bunch of questions. I was updated daily, and fully made to feel as though I was their number one priority.
Mike Ballou was the service technician that worked on my car. Incredibly friendly, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable leaving your car in his care. Ashley, who manages the front desk, greeted me every time as though she had known me for years. Matthew Berry, who is one of the Geico onsite inspectors, was equally as friendly and informative in making sure all my questions regarding my coverage my answered promptly.
My hats off to this team. They truly are the picturesque of solid team work. Very happy, grateful, but hopefully one time customer :)

Great work on my car, looks so much better than when I took it in! My car had been sideswiped and I needed to get the right side repainted and a few dents fixed. They repaired the car within a few days and kept me informed throughout the process. They even power washed and cleaned up the inside!!! The staff are just as wonderful as the service itself. Can’t recommend this place enough. A+ work!!!

My car was considered a total loss, so I can’t rate their repair work (keeps this from being a 5 star), but I have only the best things to say about the service I received. The Assistant Manager, Mike, came out to meet me when I first brought my poor busted rig in and he was very courteous and helpful. Made me feel like my car was in good hands. Plus, Enterprise has a desk there, so I was able to pick up my rental car at the same time, super convenient. Unfortunately, the insurance co. said it was totaled, so I had to come back and get my stuff out. Mike met me again, offered his condolences, and took me to see my busted vehicle. He showed me some of the damage that led to it being totaled, which helped me understand and accept that my ride was done in (it might sound silly, but I loved that thing). After a couple minutes I realized that I didn’t bring a big enough bag to take everything out. Mike ran inside and found me a couple extra plastic bags, nice touch. To boot, he even removed and handed me my license plate frame. Which I would have totally forgotten.
All-​in-​all, I can’t say enough nice things about Mike and his staff. Everyone I dealt with was great and very professional. I hope I don’t need to go back of course, but if I get hit again and I’m in need of body work, at least I won’t have to worry about where to go. I’ll go strait back to Mike and his team.
