I think the store suffers terribly from a sub-​par selection that seems to lack cohesion (Helmut Lang and True Religion? Seriously?). That said, they’re certainly trying to set themselves apart from the competition in the Seattle area, but unfortunately their wares are hardly interesting. Even worse, the service is laughably insulting. There are far too many stores in the vicinity that have better service and better selection, so don’t make the trek across those skybridges here, there’s not much to see.
