The restaurant was hard to find, small and crowded. I seriously don’t get what’s all the hype about this place. Fast-food style service and quality. Food was so unbelievably bland and unauthentic, especially the phở, even canned beef broth tastes better than the phở broth here(where is all the flavor from the spices???). Neither the banh mi(Vietnamese sandwich) or the phở I ordered came with a decent amount of meat in, and the meat didn’t look very fresh at all. Both dishes didn’t look the least bit appetizing when they came out, even though I was so hungry. THE ultimate worst phở I’ve ever had in my entire life, served with leftover rotten beansprouts and basil leaves from days before as well. Won’t be coming back to try other dishes.

Best phở place in Bellevue. They are very friendly and generous too. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes phở. Their broth is out of this world

Very good phở, vermicelli, and sandwiches! The meat is usually tender, and the vegetables are generally fresh and clean. The spring rolls are pre-made so probably not the highlight of the menu. I think they add cinnamon to the broth which seems strange, but it is still surprisingly good.

I’ve had two meals here — Bun Ga Nuong(Rice Noodles & Chicken) and Phở Tai Nam Bo Vien(Soup with rare steak, flank steak and meatballs). If you’re looking for something light and healthy, the Bun Ga Nuong was great! The chicken was tasty and it came with a side salad with some sauce. It was a clean and refreshing lunch. On one of our colder, rainier days, I got the Phở. I got it to go, and all the accoutrements came on the side(noodles, bean sprouts, jalapenos, beef, onions, etc). So, if you have to walk it back to your office, things won’t get too soggy. The broth is amazing! It’s super fragrant, punching you right in the nose with rich beefiness, lemongrass, and ginger. I had to drink some of the broth before I was able to fit everything, though. So, once you get it all together, the onions, mint, and jalapeño add a little something extra, balancing out the richness. The beef, once it stews in the broth, is super tender. My only complaint is that the meatballs were a little spongy — maybe they’re premade or something. $ 9 is a pretty average price for lunch in Bellevue, so I can’t complain at the price. I can easily spend $ 14 – 16 at the food trucks.

Ordered bun tofu and it was really good. I am trying a Vietnamese food for the first time and was not at all disappointed. In fact it tasted real awesome. A must try place. The ambience is very normal and the restaurant is small but it’s am definitely a good place to try Vietnamese food. Also they have the option to have you order online and have to-go so that we don’t have to wait there for some one to move out.

Phở cyclo… I’ve been a fan of yours for the last 2 years that I’ve been working in Bellevue. Your service is fast, your rice noodle(bun) is so good and the portions are wonderful! However, today you have gone too far. My shrimp is cooked to the point where it is stuck to the skewer. So overcooked and burnt that I cannot bite into it without filling my mouth with bitterness from the«char». Your meatballs(which is usually my favorite thing!) is cooked to the point that it is crispy and crumbly. Your pork is so tough/dry I thought it was jerky. I can understand that you cook things earlier to account for you super crazy lunch rush… but please do it without overlooking or burning the food. I would really appreciate it.

Pretty shitty for the money. $ 10 for the large which is most places medium. Don’t wanna know how tiny small is. Beef was poor and the broth tastes off. To top it off they give a child’s handful of sprouts. Like a small little baby handful.

Best lunch option in Bellevue, hands down. You can get a most excellent banh mi for $ 5. Haven’t had the phở but I hear it’s very good.

I tried the Beef and Mushroom Bahn Mi, which I thought it was okay(I’m not really into Bahn Mi’s anyway). I later tried the Com Xao Xa Ot, which is the rice dish with stir-fried chicken, lemongrass, onion, and chili pepper, and I really liked that one. It had great flavor, and I like that their rice is not mushy.

I ordered the charbroiled pork skewers via Peach. First, the papaya salad was tasty with a nice, tangy sauce. The pork skewers we’re really excellent, cooked perfectly with a nice, sweet marinade that went along very well with sticky rice. The price was quite reasonable, a meal I will definitely try again.

I will say this: They are very fast. The staff was very friendly. However. The speed of food comes at a price – everything was already made. I got the Bun with charbroiled pork and shrimp. The rice noodles were very thick(not what I’m used to having with the dish) and the pork and shrimp were both cold – which kind of ruins the«char» part of the pork. The shrimp had clearly been cooked much earlier in the day and the texture was not all that pleasant. The sauce as well had a ton of raw garlic that was not chopped finely so I felt like a dragon for the rest of the day. The flavour wasn’t bad if you love garlic(which luckily I do). I will probably go back and try the Phở on a cooler day since it’s so close to my office but overall I was underwhelmed.

I almost missed this place when I was trying to find it. It’s pretty obscure. I don’t really have anything negative to say about the place or the service. I went here once and got a small bowl of phở and a chicken banh mi. Rather than make two trips here, I figured I would just knock out both of main two big questions in one trip. Long story short, it was just alright for me. The broth had flavor but it just wasn’t a flavor that I cared for. The chicken in the banh mi was over cooked and dry. My coworker had a curry dish and he said it was alright. He didn’t rave about it. I will stick to Phở All Day for phở in Bellevue.

One of the best Vietnamese food around the area. The phở is delicious as the broth has more flavor, compared to others. Fresh ingredients. I had their vermecilli noodle dishes, and they are all good. The sauce that you pour on the dish makes it the best.

— Good location, but the food is pretty ordinary — Food: 3 stars Price: 3 stars Service: 3 stars Ambiance: 2 stars Overall: 2.75 stars Food: I ordered N5. Bun Dac Biet(Thit, Tom, Nem) for $ 9.95(w/o tax), which is like almost $ 11 after tax. It’s a special rice noodles combination with pork, shrimp, and meatball. There are 3 grilled shrimps, 5 meatballs, and like 2 pieces of grilled pork. There were some cucumbers at the side, and a lot of rice noodles(not the thin type of rice vermicelli that they usually use, but a thicker type of rice noodle). Then underneath the rice noodle, there were herbs and bean sprouts. The taste is alright since it’s a safe dish, but I think my friends enjoyed their Phở(vietnamese beef noodle soup) as well. Price: With a price of close to $ 11, I think I expect a bit more. But oh well, it’s in downtown Bellevue… what can you expect? haha. Service: The were actually not much service. It was our first time there, but nobody said anything for like 1 minute. There were a table full of Chinese and they were all looking at us since we were discussing what to order in Mandarin. It was actually pretty rude and uncomfortable, but then old people usually don’t care what others think so they just do whatever -.-!! After standing there for a minute, the cashier told us we can just order first then go find a seat… well yeah, you could have told me one minute ago… The only service that you will receive at the restaurant is that they will give you your dish from the kitchen, and they’ll clean up the table after you leave… so. I think whether you tip them or not is up to you. I did it, but I felt like it’s more like a take out kind of restaurant since you need to refill water on your own as well. Ambiance: The ambiance was quite weird because there were people coming in to get water, then leaves… I don’t know if that’s normal, but the cashier seemed to be pretty awkward as well when he tried to greet them… There weren’t many people talking either, like everyone was just busy eating. It’s probably like the best place for a quick lunch or if you wanna order anything to go… Overall: I might come again to order their sandwiches to go since it’s a safe dish as well, but I probably won’t come here to eat again unless I pass by there and I feel lazy to go somewhere else to eat.

Nice and close to all the towers in Bellevue. I was able to order online and have my order ready as to avoid any lines. The place is very clean and modern looking. A vietnamese family, probably the owners were enjoying some beef phở that looked delicious. I ordered the charbroiled pork bang mi sandwich. It was on good toasted bread, the meat was flavorful and tender, and the pickled vegetables were large and briney. My sandwich was $ 4.35 and I can pay that for lunch anyday.

I love the broth at Phở Cycle! This place is great. They have two other locations in Seattle. One on Capitol Hill and the other down by industrial district. All I have ever had was the delicious phở and tea. The vegetables are fresh and yummy. The only negative thing about the downtown Bellevue location is they do not validate parking so you will pay $ 6 – 10 bucks depending how fast you can eat!

Great lunch spot. Pretty consistent with the other 4738338 Phở Cyclo locations around Seattle except you get less noodles and the broth is a tad sweeter. Parking is EXPENSIVE! It’s best to eat here if you work in the area and can stroll over on your lunch break. This place also gets insanely busy, so budget your time accordingly. Even though phở has a fast table turnover rate you may find yourself waiting for a seat. Save some time and order online!

Sprouts were kinda wilted, the broth was very meh, not the worst I’ve had, but definitely the worst I’ve had in Bellevue.
