Don’t let the franchise name fool you, this might as well be a family run business. Dr. Herbolskeimer is the exemplary professional doctor. He invests his time to hear your concerns and walk you through his diagnosis. You never feel rushed in this office; nor do you ever feel delayed. I recently asked for LASIK and he explained all the scenarios, pros/​cons, then took time to come up with a plan forward. When I decided to do the procedure, he set up my appointments and called me at work to verify the times. Again — he did, not his staff. As for the staff, they are wonderful. Also, I was glad to see the diversity in customers. Everyone is welcomed.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience! I was greeted with a kind welcome and my cost of care was explained before exam. Dr. Herbolskeimer was not only professional but was easy going and it was obvious that he likes what he does. If you need an eye exam or unhappy with your current eye doctor see him and his people, you won’t be disappointed!
