Noble Court was THE place to get dim sum on the Eastside in the 90’s. Times have changed, but it seems time has stood still at Noble Court. The restaurant could use a bit of a makeover on the exterior and interior from general wear and tear over the years. I came on a Sunday morning at opening. They had one steam cart running which had all the usual suspects. The BBQ pork hum bow had almost shredded pork which which did not seem fresh and the bottom of the bun was a soggy, which was a major turnoff. The leaf wrapped sticky rice had pork, but was lacking other fillings normally found like Chinese sausage, shrimp and mushrooms. Spare ribs were in a gelatinous sauce and filled with small fractured bone bits. The baked goods were hard to come by. They came out one at a time on a tray and the waitress kept doing the same pattern around the restaurant with my table at the end of the route. I kept seeing dishes come out thinking«ooohhh, I want that» only to have it gone by the time the tray got to me, if at all. I felt abandoned in my little corner. I will say the egg tart was delicious and you could tell it was fresh out the oven. I don’t know… Maybe it was an off day or maybe it’s better to come a bit later once thing get a bit busier and the food has had a chance to turn over. I’ve had many good experiences and memories at Noble Court over the years, but it’s hard to say if I’ll be back with so many other options out there.

Eating here is like gambling, no consistency… But if you are in luck, the food is quite good, on bad days though we leave a lot of food on the table… They need to fix it…

I usually come for Dim Sum Brunch on the weekends, which is always fun and yummy. The place is packed, but the restaurant is huge that we’ve never had to wait for a table. For the dim sum brunch, many of the waitresses will walk around with carts, and you pick off what you want. The dim sum is always good. Most recently I came here for dinner and Noble Court was much more quiet and not nearly as busy. There seemed to be a bar area where there was live karaōke going on even on a Tuesday night! We could hear it from where we were sitting in the dining room. We ordered the Beef with Broccoli, Flounder, Hot & Sour Soup and the BBQ Park Chow Mein. The food is good and is plenty for sharing with one or two other people. I liked that the Beef with Broccoli wasn’t heavy on the sauce as that tends to happen at other Chinese restaurants. The Flounder dish was really good, as it’s an entire flounder fish they bring out, but it’s already chopped up with sauteed vegetables and bones are taken out. This was recommended by the waiter, which was a good choice.

Good dim sum place, but the service is terrible and always rushing. Parking is also tight.

Service is bad, one cart-lady coughing without masque her mouth Food is not fresh, stinky fishy smell Rip of, over charged, and dirty restroom, very dirty floor and faucet Why some people give them 4 starts? Wasting money. wasting time Your own decision, remember 15% tip include in the bill, that written in Chinese.

Went there for lunch with 4 other friends today. Got there around 12:15 on a Saturday and was seated after a short wait. The restaurant was about 80% full when we went in, water and tea arrived shortly after. At Noble Court, they push the cart around so you get to see what you’re ordering, which is helpful if you’ve never been to dim sum before. The tables are set closely with one another, but generally there is enough room where you won’t feel every moment of the table next to you. The steamed food seems fresh and and taste was good. The deep/pan fried items are hit and miss on the freshness. Some are warmer and some are cooled down. The better food of the day is the shrimp dumpling(ha gao) and the fresh taro pastry(wu gok). Service was ok. The pushy asian in me comes out at Chinese restaurants so I would go flag someone down, but even with the flagging, it still takes a bit sometimes. Water glasses was only refilled once and tea pot takes a bit to come back after they take it away for refill. The worst thing we ordered was the jelly fish and ham. The jelly fish was just bad. Too soft, lacking that chewy texture. Also too salty and lacking the sesame oil taste. So don’t do that, just don’t order it no matter how good it looks. Tips: 1. They have a parking lot but they can get full. 2. When we wanted to get dessert at around 1:30, they have already ran out of egg tart. So if you see something you want, ask if they’ll have more or you might wanna order when you see it. 3. Be assertive. Raise your hands, lock eyes with them, do whatever you might need to get their attention. 4. Our table of 5 got tips included on our tab. Normally I’d expect tip added for 6+ but oh well, easier math for us so whatever. It wasn’t super legible that the line items says«tips» so make sure you look at your bill and ask. Overall, I’d say it’s a positive experience. It’s a big further of a drive for me, but considering I don’t have a wait an hour for a table, probably worth it.

First… PLEASE make sure to know what you are ordering to double check your bill at the end. They only write prices and everything else is not in English. Went there few days ago with two friends. I knew what we order and how much it should have been before the check came. Check said $ 102 and change, I went over the ticket and it was almost $ 30 more than it should have been. I questioned the bill using their own menu and prices. They took the bill without saying anything and came back with an amount $ 26 or so less within two minutes, it seemed very fishy. Wasn’t until I asked for a pen and hand wrote out the whole entire order that it was right. So just be alert and know what’s on the bill! Other than that, the food was good… No doubt about that. We enjoyed the food, but was left with a sour taste from doing something shady. I was told that others have found the same thing. After 4pm when you ask for the Dim Sum menu the price min. is 4.95 for all items listed at like $ 3, there’s a small disclaimer on that on the fold out page. So just know the $ 3 items are actually $ 5. Anything over the $ 5 are supposedly listed correctly. Two stars were given to gran attention to this issue, cant let this go with a four star rating.

Wonderful place, great for a large party. Service was impeccable, with frequent check-ins from the owner. We visited with long-time customers, so our experience may be atypical

Tasty Chinese food! Dim sum is great, reminds me of the dim sum in hong kong. My mom loves this place, every time when she visits we always stop by here for lunch. Staff is always friendly and helpful, — would recommend to anyone who likes dim sum.

Noble Court has been in Bellevue for more years than I can remember. We were there for Mom’s birthday party on a Saturday, with 12 of us hungry peeps at a round table with a lazy susan in the middle. Everything Dim Sum is served here and it’s all scrumptious, fresh and hot with a wide assortment of almost anything you would be craving. The servers come around quickly and regularly. If you decide to do lunch on a weekend, a reservation is helpful because the place is jammed. The parking lot is small and fills up fast, so go early!

I went on Sunday for dim sum. The food was great. They were very busy. I went back for dim sum again today Labor Day, it was not as crowded. They passed by once offering us what they had, and then never returned to offer us anything else. We saw others being offered selections, but they did not come our way. I finally put my credit card out, and they seemed happy to ring us up, and get us out. They weren’t crowded. The sesame beef seemed sweet, and the fake poinsettias should really be tossed out. They are old, dirty, and it is SEPTEMBER. There is also all the money in the fountain. It would be nice for that to be cleaned out, or donated.

This is out go to Dim Sum spot. It’s a drive from our house, but worth it. The kids love it. They have a variety of food to choose from and pricing is a bit high, but reasonable. When we take work lunches there its around $ 15 per person. The food is mostly fresh, minus some that just never seems to get picked. Pork buns, pork pies, steamed hum bao are all awesome. Their walnut shrimp is fantastic too. Parking is tight and if you bring something non compact, you will have to squeeze yourself out as the lot is always full.

Food is ok, although we returned a dish because it was cold. Other dishes were old and not fresh. That knocks off 2 stars and gets you 3 stars. The waitresses shouting and treating us like we were the problem, not the food, when we asked for a new, unstone-cold serving, that loses you a star and gets you to 2 stars. The final star comes off when your 5-year old injured himself on a rusty nail — right at eye level. Finally, when the manager brought the bill, she told us that 15% tip was added as we were a table of 5 or more. I gave her my concerns about the quality of the food(stodgy and cold), the quality of service(unhelpful and rude) and the safety hazards for my children. She thanked me for the feedback and removed the automatic 15%. No other attempts to resolve our concerns were made. There is not a lot of dim sum in Bellevue to choose from, but this place is really struggling.

This place hits the spot when I am craving dim sum. and then some. just kidding. no, but seriously. I’ve been coming here with my family since I was a little girl. I’ve brought my boyfriend onto loving this place as well. you really can’t go wrong with the dim sum here. not only simple and straight to the point, but their dishes actually taste good. I leave the place with swollen knees because of the MSG/sodium content, but hey, I’m not complaining. oh and the pineapple buns here are by far the best I’ve had at any dim sum restaurant! and our favorite waitress always makes sure to go snag a plate or two of them for me because they always sell out! it can get pretty busy here, especially brunch/lunch time during weekends, so I like to go early at around 11am. keep that in mind, people.

I am not sure I would be a great person to rate this restaurant. Coming from Vancouver BC, I have tried really awesome Chinese food. The food was not good. The beef rice roll, tasted like flour rolls. Basically the rice roll was too thick and had very little meat. Worse of all, I had to send it back because the beef in the middle was still frozen. Had their BBQ pork pastry and the BBQ tasted like day old pork. Not good. What’s worse was their washroom. Its not the dirty smell. It had a really strong chemical smell. That smelled a bit hazardous and poisonous. I don’t mind smelling poop at least i know that it might not kill me, but what I smelled in the washroom was like a mixture of chloride, bleach, disinfect spray, and other mixture of chemical. I almost fainted in there. Not going back.

Been coming here for years. The food, especially Dim Sum was always very good. Lately the food doesn’t taste as good, and it’s been cold. We actually complained because I asked if the food was warm and it wasn’t. The other thing was their washrooms look like a bomb went off inside. Only one or two stalls were working or in working order.

Pretty setting. Kids liked walking over the red bridge. This is typical sit down dim sum. We thought the quality of the dim sum was actually really good and enjoyed everything we ordered. Service was fine and the kids enjoyed getting the dim sum from the cart again. Last couple of places that wasn’t available. It was on the expensive side but pretty much what we would expect for sit down cart dim sum. My major criticism was that the selection seemed a little low. We found enough dim sum to suit our needs and likes, but we’ve seen much better selection at other cart dim sum places. There does seem to be a lack of great dim sum in the area so we are glad to find a place that will do when the dim sum craving hits again.

Tucked away across Safeway and behind a trove of trees, with parking located behind the restaurant, over a red bridge, this location was a great find for me for Sunday afternoon dim sum. Although I didn’t go to Top Gun, I have been to Dim Sum Factory, Harbor City and Jade Garden — I think this might be my favorite. Price was a bit higher than Harbor City or Jade Garden and on par(if not lower) than Dim Sum Factory. Although many places have gotten rid of the carts, there’s a certain nostalgic charm that I have come tho associate with waitresses pushing carts and asking me what I would like to order. Ordered some standard dishes(ha gao, sui maai, ha cherng, and foo jook pei — translation: shrimp dimplings, pork dumplings, shrimp rolls and tofu skin). Overall, everything was quite standard. Would definitely return for dim sum to try out a few other staples :)

This used to be the best place to get dim sum or dinner in Bellevue back in the day. I haven’t been here in awhile, but I came here last night for dinner with friends. Since there was a big group of us, we decided to do the pre-set group dinner vs ordering separate menu items. It has seven entrees-egg flower soup, bird’s nest with stir fried veggies & seafood, peking duck(which we asked to upgrade for an extra charge), beef chow fun with gravy, honey walnut prawns, honey & garlic pork chops, fried crispy chicken w/prawn chips. Everything was delicious and I was super stuffed by the end of the meal. The restaurant was empty-there was only our group and one other family eating. Service was good-our waters & tea were promptly filled.

My family and I went to Noble Court to satisfy our dim sum craving, and it did not disappoint! The standouts were the pork shumai, shrimp and chive bun and salt and pepper tofu. The other dim sum we had was pretty standard — Chinese broccoli, shrimp and cilantro dumpling, potstickers, steamed pork dumplings, pork ribs, pan-fried egg noodles. The staff was very pleasant throughout our meal, and when we were seeking more pork dumplings(our kids’ favorite), one of the waitresses remembered and brought them by when she had a fresh set of them. Empty dishes were cleared quickly, tea replenished freely and it was easy to find someone to ask for extra napkins or to get the check total. If you don’t get there early, I could see parking being an issue. The tables are situated pretty close together, but we didn’t feel too cramped.
