The store crew is not customer friendly. I ordered a bed-​frame back in May during Memorial Day weekend. The projected delivery was late August. For whatever reason the salesperson said that the bed-​frame will be delivered by end of October. Now salesperson is saying that bed-​frame will be delivered by end of December l. Each time I need call and follow up… They don’t want to update me and salesperson is very arrogant. I requested cancellation and they don’t want to cancel the order. Please think multiple times before placing your order.

We purchased an 84″ Monsoon Wood Dining Room table from Jamieson this Fall. This store was referred to us by our interior designer. After the table was delivered last week, my husband discovered a steel bar installed across the short end, on the bottom side of the table. I then found a couple of cracks on the short end of the table. My guess is that when they sawed the wood from 90″ to 84″, the wood was split & produced a couple of cracks. I wish the craftsman, Dan, who worked on our table is more transparent with us when we inspected the finished product at the store. Instead, nothing was being communicated till we found this out ourselves. Also, a few drilled holes left unfilled on the bottom side of the table. When you pay a few thousand dollars for a table, you expect professional work all around.
Upon delivery, the wood slabs sat uneven on our dining room floor. When I called Dan to inform him of these three issues, he told me to send in my written review & greeted me goodbye. It is a great looking table sourced from Indonesia. The last encounter left a sour taste to the entire shopping experience. In the end, besides providing good wood, it’s also about treating customers with integrity, transparency & consistent quality customer service.

As it turns out, my comments were passed on to the owner, Mr. Rich Jamieson, who took great care of me & make things right. In the end, all our issues were resolved. We got a great looking table (they patched the holes & redeliver the table in January) & a $ 300 store credit towards future use. I am a satisfied customer & kudos to Mr. Richardson for his business integrity & leadership in providing excellent customer service.

We got a great deal on a unique chest of drawers here. Very happy with the easy delivery service arranged by Jamieson (through Elmer’s Express). The staff were friendly, the store has a great selection at great prices. I highly recommend dropping by next time you’re in the market for a new piece of furniture — I know we will!

we have enjoyed every aspect of working with this store and particularly with David. Beautiful unique furniture! We knew we wanted a headboard from one of their individual Monsoon wood planks… and gladly waiting for a shipment that was bringing in new pieces for us to choose from. We selected the headboard and then ordered a platform bed frame to go with it. Patience is always important when you are ordering pieces from overseas, communication was excellent and Jamieson Furniture was totally responsive to getting us exactly what we wanted in bedside tables as well.

Jamieson Furniture Gallery is a great place to shop, for Designers and other people alike. They have wonderful — different -, furniture made from beautiful, exotic woods. If you want something out of the ordinary — this is the place to go. They can make anything custom that you can think of, and their craftsmanship and customer service are outstanding. I love to purchase from them, or just to browse there, there is always something that peaks my interest.

Rich and his fabulous staff did an amazing job on a project that I worked on with them. I purchased a beautiful solid wood console table and 2 carved wood wall art pieces from them. I provided antiqued glass to put behind the 2 carved wood pieces. They installed the glass into the wall art, delivered and permanently installed the pieces in the lobby wall of a condo so that no one can steal it (as requested.) We’ve received nothing but positive comments from the home owners about the installation. The pieces are substantial solid wood and should last forever, and the lobby is now one that the home owners all enjoy. I have returned to bring other clients to view his wonderful collection of solid wood furniture, which is a steal in terms of value.
Rich has every style from modern minimalist to traditional, and he and his staff make me want to return every chance I get– always new pieces arriving and helpful people to assist on purchases and deliveries.

Beautiful pieces of furniture with innovative design!!! I have had several pieces custom detailed and have been very pleased. The great customer service didn’t hurt either!

We love this place! We had something in our mind and came with what looked like a crazy idea to Rich. He guided us through the whole process, designing and redesigning again according to our feedback till we received a totally unique dining table. It is exactly as we wanted it to be and we love it!
