This is my go-to take out place. My wife and I love ordering from here because of the serving size, taste and price of the food. I can say that it’s one of the best Chinese food places around and the staff is always super nice and eager to please its customers.

If you haven’t tried this place, you must! It is very clean and the service is unbeatable. The owners are very friendly and they really care about the quality and your experience. I have a picky family and they could make all of us very happy with every single dish. The flavor is great and the presentation is awesome too! Now that they have beer and wine, it’s like going home for a nice meal and relaxing with a drink, except no cleaning up necessary afterwards. Highly recommend this place and don’t be afraid to ask for extra spicy!

Ate at my usual staple in Bellevue, NE called Jade Palace. I’m a frequent guest and this time I ordered Generals Chicken, hot and sour soup, and Crab Rangoon. Service is usually good unless they get busy(typical for most places). My daughter really enjoys their chicken and broccoli! I would recommend this place to others. Take out or drive thru really saves time if your in a hurry…

Not Afraid to be Vegan Friendly Reason enough to come back, on their online menu they actually list which dishes are-SHOCK-VEGAN! Not afraid to serve cruelty free dishes. Tofu proudly listed as an ingredient in several dishes, no need to ask for it as a meat substitute, but I did and ordered Broccoli Beef with Tofu instead of beef which my kids loved. Extensive menu which included not just Chinese but Malaysian, Korean and Indian dishes, too! I cannot tell you if the food preparation was quick or not as the restaurant was not busy and I had such a wonderful chat with the delightful staff that I did not mind any wait I had. The vegetables were cooked to perfection. The tofu was cooked well with a nice, crispy outside. Omnivore visitors with us have enjoyed their meals, too. Adults and teens were all pleased by the dishes. My only complaint is that they batch cook the fried rice available as a side for their lunch menu so they would not make a batch without egg for us, and that indicates it might not be as fresh as rice made at order time. A cozy restaurant with a comfortable décor, perfect for quiet meals. Adults and teens were all pleased by the dishes. Great place for vegans to dine with omnivores. We’ll be back!

Customer service is great! Quality food made fairly fast. The owner is very friendly and hands on. He really cares about the quality he is putting out! I would recommend to all. The drive through window is a great feature but don’t expect it to be as fast as fast food since everything is made fresh. Outside doesn’t look like much but inside is clean and has a nice atmosphere. Way bigger inside than you would think. This place is a gem.

Still our favorite place to have Chinese food when back in town, took my wife here for her birthday last week. Great flavor on all their food choices!

Tried Jade Palace for the first time for lunch during the week. Standard Chinese restaurant. Specials of the day are posted on a board as you walk in. Only one server, but she was moving pretty quickly. Lunch meals come with your choice of either hot and sour or egg drop soup. We tried both. Both acceptable. Entrees were Chicken Moo Goo Gai Pan and Pad Thai combo with beef, chicken and shrimp. Food came out quickly. Taste was acceptable. Pad Thai did actually have many noodles(surprising) and they tasted undercooked(slightly disappointing). Price was pretty decent. Jade also has a drive thru for you to use when in a hurry. Not my favorite Chinese restaurant, but if in the area and wanted those particular flavors, I’d stop in again.

Love the people who work here! Very good customer service skills. The food is great I usually get garlic pork without Vegs and fried rice. For the kids I always get sweet and sour chicken(chicken is always cooked since it’s pre-cooked). I will buy crab ragoon and egg rolls, and sweet and sour soup when I’m sick. All very good food although I think the food is a little pricey, that’s the only downfall to jade place for me otherwise I love it!

Honestly one of the worst Chinese restaurants I’ve eaten at in Nebraska. I use to to go here about 12 years ago when we lived in Bellevue but only stopped in twice in the past 10 years. The first time was 2 – 3 years ago and it was just lackluster. This time, it was pretty gross. The crab rangoon was just really dull and plain, but the meal I ordered(which I don’t remember) was some kind of chicken that was severely undercooked and completely unchewable. Every piece of chicken I tried to eat I had to spit and and almost gagged several times. The people were fairly nice and cheerful but otherwise didn’t ask how the meal was going, slow on refills, and kinda awkward overall. The most important thing though, is that the food wasn’t worth the money at all. I’ll just keep going to almost any other Chinese restaurant in Nebraska and get a better meal. Edit: the reason I had more than one piece is because I was hoping it was a one-off issue with that first piece of Chicken. I only tried like 3 pieces. I was also considering that maybe that was how it was«suppose» to be because that’s a common excuse from restaurants.

What a little Gem, From the name you would think it is your standard fast food style american asian but nope not really. Good home cooked taste and feel. They are ginger heavy in the sauces here. The brown sauces are more thick and heavier. Quality ingredients good atmosphere

First, let me start off that I am not a big fan of American-Chinese food. I find most of it highly greasy and salty, and high in fat and sugar. With that said, if I have to eat Chinese food, I enjoy this place the most. The family that owns the restaurant is very nice and I think they care about the quality of their ingredients. The service is always great and friendly. Moreover, the food is always fresh and hot. I also enjoy the chicken, pork, and beef meats used in the dishes. They do not taste prepackaged, but actually seem fresh. I enjoy the Broccoli Beef the most. The broccoli is always cooked just right and the sauce is not thick and syrupy. It’s very delicious. Moreover, they give good serving sizes and reasonable prices. Like I said, I am not a big fan of midwestern Chinese food, but I will eat the food here.

Our family was in the area and craving Chinese, read a few Unilocal posts and decided on this place(big plus on the drive-thru). It is true the outside leaves a lot to be desired, but since when has that ever been an issue considering the diciest places are more than occasionally known to kill the taste buds. The menu board suggests asking for a full menu and they were kind enough to bring one to the car. Ordered items: Mongolian beef; it was sweet, sweeter than most but we didn’t mind, and loaded with onions — like an entire onion and a quarter pound of thinly sliced beef(delicious and wish we had more). Chicken pad thai; in fairness I am half Thai but if your expecting pad thai this isn’t it. The dish is not bad, again very very sweet, but it lacked the profile of a traditional pad thai as well as the proper thickness of noodle. Also, the rice noodles were boiled(I know this because they were sticking together and falling to pieces — you should always soak your rice noodles in water to tenderize or buy fresh noodles) Tofu bulgolgi; I had never heard of making bulgolgi with tofu and decided to give it a shot; carrots and sweet pea pods with deep fried tofu in a sweet sauce. This was not a bad dish, but no flavors of bulgolgi. The fried rice that came with the meals was border line dry with no peas or eggs or any of the usual suspects when getting the good ol’side of fried rice. Literally rice with some soy sauce so just get steamed rice. Service was incredible. The server was sweet and professional. Good serving sizes(aside from the overly onioned beef) and reasonable prices. We may be back, but will likely eat in as we may have been ‘screwed through the drive-thru’. If we do return I hope to give more stars because the service was lovely.

This place was okay. I had the brocoli beef which came with soup. I didn’t care for the meat in the meal, as it didn’t taste anything like beef because it was so thin. Staff was super friendly and restaurant and bathroom were clean.

Food: I had the Pad Thai… tasted pretty good Did not care much for their egg rolls. Atmosphere: The building is old. It even smells old… kind of like your grandma’s house or moth balls. It was, however, clean. So, I didn’t mind the smell too much. Price: The price was great. Customer Service: The waitress there was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Conclusion: I will visit this restaurant again when I get in the mood for Chinese Food.

To cold to be bouncing in and out the car to dine in; no problem. ’cause JP has a drive-thru. We ordered a Mongolian Beef and combination Pad Thai, both were fresh, delicious and seasoned well. The Mongolian beef had lots of green onions and white onions… big plus. I have to tell ya, the chili sauce was so yummy and may have been the hottest I’ve tasted. In fact, our food smelled good we didn’t remember to take pictures until our meals were practically finished. Oh well, next time. +++Crab Rangoon’s were creamy goodness —Egg rolls were so-so

I used to eat here almost weekly from 1999 to 2003, but started working in a different part of town and so stopped coming here. Both the Yam Yam Chicken and the Chicken with Hot Garlic Sauce are excellent. They’ve both been consistently good for many years. Their egg drop soup is good as are their egg rolls. I highly recommend stopping in here for lunch next time you’re in Bellevue and craving Asian food. My only minor complain is that their iced tea is a little bitter. I’m quite picky about my iced tea. Theirs is fresh-brewed, but they’re either using a bad brand of tea or messing something up during brewing. Service is friendly and attentive. Restaurant is clean and relatively well-maintained. The building is 30+ years old and it was never originally built as an Asian restaurant, so that shows a little. This building use to house an Amigos(Mexican Fast Food) back in the 1980s. I believe the guy that owns this place also owns Crystal Jade in Omaha. Despite a change in ownership the recipes have not changed.

Outside leaves little to be desired but the inside is surprisingly not bad at all. The food is very fresh tasting! Also, the chile paste/sauce is homemade and yummy. Typical size portions as with any Chinese restaurants. I would be back. Cost is average.
