I came in here to buy an Android phone charger for my car, and the one employee was sitting down at the register, going to town on some chicken wings. He jumped up when I walked into the deserted store, asking bashfully how to help. When I asked about a charger, he said they don’t carry any at all.

Employees there today said this location has just been «taken over by corporate» and refused to take responsibility for failed screen repair of previous owners. Said the previous owners used a cheap screen («$ 20 on Amazon») to do my repair. Had no contact information for a complaint and said I might have to mail my phone in (where?) to have it «inspected» (the repaired screen just popped off). Suggested I see the help desk at the mall to proceed with finding the prior owners and claimed to have no access to any prior repair records. Apparently its their customers problem that they picked a bad franchisee and failed to supervise the owners of the store that bears their corporate name.
If you pay to have your phone repaired there, will they stand by their work in the future after apparently walking away from everyone who had a repair there previously? Go elsewhere.

Writing an update on 02⁄01. Replaced Nexus 5 screen. The phone works for couple of days and then the main ear piece speaker stopped working. I had to take it back to them 3 times now and it keeps breaking. They are patient and have re-​ordered the speaker part to fix the issue, but the issue keeps coming up. I think the quality of the parts itself might not be good.

This place sucks. They said to pick up my phone in 1hr and I double checked with them multiple times that it will be done in a hour (any other place would be done in 15min). I came back in two hours (but during a Seahawks game too!) so that they can tell me that they didn’t fix the phone because they didn’t have any replacement screens. They offered a $ 10 discount for the inconvenience. Mother fucker, my time, gas and Seahawks are worth more then that! Get your shit shit together and quit waste my fucking time! GO HAWKS!

If I could give a 0 star I would. I went to replace my cracked screen and these crack heads couldn’t even do that. Cmon man this probably accounts for 90% of your business, you still can’t get it right?
I hope you crack screens on all your monitors cuz we all know you can’t fix shit.

Not the best selection. Hard to find because the map showed there’s 2 other ones in the area with in a few blocks-​figured go in to one of those so I don’t have to deal with mall parking. Those ones don’t exist. Selection was ok. But customer service was great!

Got my iPhone 5s screen replaced and the something was wrong with the screen, so I took it back and they replaced it for free! It took less than 45 min and other places quoted me 2 hrs and double the price ! Definitely would recommend this place

I wish I had checked the reviews on this place before I took my phone here to get my screen replaced. The crap screen that they put on the phone scratches so easily it is obviously not OEM. I had the screen replaced on Monday. Today it’s Friday, and you can see hundreds of small scratches that reflect in the sunlight. I’m guessing this is just from being slid into my pant pocket. The original screen was constantly slid into and out of my pocket and never had any scratches whatsoever. There is also a large scratch at the top of the screen that I did not notice when I picked up the phone. My son saw it right away after I got out to my car, possibly because the lighting was different. So the replacement screen was scratched at some point when they put it on! This place does crap work and provides crap products. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else.
