Great experience at the Bellevue location. They have a great selection and are extremely helpful. Additionally they aren’t trying to sell you something but actually listen to what you need. It’s refreshing.

The store has a decent selection. Although they have many pieces up that are discontinued. It’s a small store so it’s hard to get service and when you do it’s not great. Unless you know exactly what you want and this is the only place that carries it I would not recommend this store. Chown hardware is a much better option.

Decent selection of hardware but when we didn’t see what we were looking for, I went up to the front desk. One man was working with a woman and another was working on the computer. He proceeded to wait a minute before even acknowledging me standing in front of him and then when he did, he said he’d be with me «in a few minutes». Okay… so we walk around the store again for a few minutes and when he still had yet to bother looking up again, we walked out. Seriously?! Hope that spreadsheet was worth it. We’ll buy elsewhere.

This is a nice little showroom with plenty of pulls, knobs and handles. I went in on a weekday at 11:30, hoping to get some service. After looking around for over 20 minutes, I was finally acknowledged. Awhile later, someone offered to help. The handles that I am looking to replace have a six inch width, which is a bit challenging. I told the guy I was looking for something nice looking and I showed him a style I liked on the wall. He said I was going to have a difficult time finding something if I was going to be picky. Says the guy who works in a shop dedicated to drawer pulls?

1. Try to stiff me with higher price than I have previous purchased few weeks ago.
2. Wrong delivery address
3. No refund of wrong service
4. Did not return my calls or email for a week.
Will I do business with this place again? Probably not.

I am writing duplicate reviews for the Seattle and Bellevue stores because, during our recent kitchen remodel project, we went back and forth between the two and were fully satisfied with both.
We were doing a kitchen remodel and needed knobs/​handles for our new cabinets and drawers. We wanted something a little funky and out-​of-​the-​ordinary. We happened upon the Bellevue store first and spent a happy while perusing their very extensive collection.
We made our selections (after a follow-​up visit to the Seattle store which is conveniently located about two minutes from where I work). We were told the knobs we’d selected for our upper cabinets had been discontinued; they had in stock the EXACT number that we needed. The good news: We could get these for a great price. The bad news: If we ever needed an extra for any reason, we were out of luck. We really wanted these, though (and they matched what we’d picked out for our lower cabinets and drawers), so decided to go for it. The good folks at Builder’s Hardware then gave us the floor model at no charge so we’d have an extra.
A small problem with our upper cabinet knobs order was resolved quickly and efficiently. We returned one of the drawer handles, which was to be used for a drawer style dishwasher in favor of sturdier dedicated appliance pull. The return was handled smoothly and the staff worked with us to find an appliance pull that fully complemented the other hardware we’d purchased.
Pros: Great customer service. They let you browse in peace, but provide excellent advice when asked. There were no problems with any of transactions. Items that needed to be ordered arrived within the time frame indicated. Quality products offered at reasonable prices.
Cons: None that we encountered.
