Baskin-Robbins

Baskin Robbins… I used to hate coming to any of the locations due to the sub par service and the bland ice cream. I’m very picky about my ice cream and I often order only vanilla due to the mild but sweet flavors. I dropped one of my friends off at his tutor and my other friend and I were craving ice cream. As we were stuck in the heart of rush hour and had just escaped an hour drive from Bellevue to issaquah I wasn’t too optimistic about getting ice cream, pulling out of the parking lot I saw the sign and grudgingly I agreed to just get ice cream here since it was a better option than any pre packaged ice cream. The location is small like all Baskin Robbins and the girl behind he counter was very friendly and patient with me. I chose vanilla (surprised?) and just ordered a single scoop since I usually can’t finish ice cream. I forgot how affordable Baskin Robbins is! The vanilla had great flavor and the texture was great. Not to stiff it was light and fluffy and melted perfectly in my mouth. Coming here renewed my interest in Baskin Robbins and I’ll return to this location when I’m in the area and maybe even give other locations a chance.

I have been buying my chocolate chip mint and chocolate chip ice cream here since 1981!!! Always clean and a local staple. Support local small businesses and keep buying a scoop here for your little ones!

Like the ol’ Howard Johnson restaurants (HoJo’s) of my youth in upstate New York, there’s a certain pleasure that dervices from the predictability of a place: you know what to expect when you walk in, from the lay-​out and décor of the place, to knowing what’s on the menu. We used to stop to get our ice cream fix all the time at HoJo’s, every summer, when we visited. Baskin Robbins has the same pull of familiarity to them, and this particular site is no different.
We like the large selection of flavors of ice creams. We like how they’ll give you free samples. We like how the guy behind the counter is so pleasant. We like how the price is very reasonable.
This particular store is a little worn, as this strip mall is older and showing its age. I predict it will be updated and renovated within the next year or so. Just hoping they don’t mess with this ice cream joint, as it’s great as is!

I don’t know how other people get fast service here but everyone time I go in here, the service is very very very slow.
Besides slowness, the place is also dirty looking. It’s a shame because I think this particular franchise really doesn’t hold up the Baskin Robbins name.

Always quick and friendly service. Never a very long line. Of course if there is a hot summer day, I’m sure there would be. I love the peanut butter and chocolate shakes. The waffle cone is always good for a change up.

I have been to many Baskin Robbins locations over the years and one thing I can appreciate is how they are all pretty much identical once you walk in. The layout and selection are dependably present no matter which one you walk in to and this particular store is no exception. The level of service also holds to the same standard and quality no matter where you go and, again my experience here was no exception.

Always get banana split with all Pralines & Cream, toppings hot Carmel, strawberries, and pineapple. I’m sure this is over 1200 calories, but so far I’m not giving them up. One day I will be stronger ;)

Friendly workers, fast service, best decorated ice cream cakes in Seattle.

Friendly service and lots of flavors, but the risk of allergic cross-​contamination is very high if you have nut allergies. Better and cheaper than Coldstone though.
