I would definitely not recommend this business. If you’ve ever had an advanced skin care treatment in another office, you’ll expect to find the waiting area serene and pleasant smelling, the treatment room equipped with a sheet-​covered table, a clean and calm environment, etc. You’ll also expect to be given a wrap to change into — so the esthetician doesn’t damage your clothing. Don’t expect any of this at Advanced Image Skin Care. Even though I had a GroupOn for two microdermabrasions, I nearly left before having even one; and I forfeited the second. The service and technician themselves were probably OK, but the surroundings are anything but professional.

I would not recommend this business for any services. The business is inside of a doctors office. You wait in a reception area that is filled with sick people. I went here to get a brazilian wax and while I was changing I was looking at the equipment and I seen that the wax that she was heating up had previous been used on someone else because there was body hair inside of the wax. I was the first client of the day so that used wax had been sitting there all night which means no one cleans the office at the end of the day. I can’t say that it I did not ask her to use new wax if she would have. This experience was one of the worst I have ever had. I never write reviews but this I feel needed to be shared.
