I am only giving them one star since zero is not an option! Do NOT allow this company into your home. As a coop board member, I have banned them from my building and alerted my management company to never use them. The work had to be done three times before it was acceptable. They damaged our marble and refused to take responsibility. Mysteriously, the day after they finished working in our kitchen, our dishwasher broke. The hired day laborers to paint our home. Do I really need to continue? The list goes on and on…

Paul Davis was recommended by my insurance company to restore our basement after a flood. The project manager, John N., was absolutely terrific to work with & very professional. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but I felt like he was willing to fix & work with me on what needed to be done. Even after I signed off on the work, I found something that needed to be redone & he is sending someone in to do the touch up. Flooring work was guaranteed for a year. Because I work full-​time, I was very concerned about having my kids & my dog (who was post-​surgery!) with the crew. We used a lockbox for them to get in. John made me feel very comfortable with them & was on site several times to ensure everything was fine.

Paul Davis Restoration started with a battle torn basement due to major flood damage and made it into a beautiful, livable space. The company made it as easy on me as possible. My family’s renovation goals were met and exceeded. When a few minor things were not done perfectly, they made the revisions without any fuss or guilt. John Vorhees, my contact, was extremely helpful every step of the way. John was excellent at bringing in the right service people for the jobs that needed to be done. I also learned to trust him to help me make certain decisions. The job was completed on-​time, on-​budget and to the satisfaction of my entire family. I highly recommend this company and would work with John in a flash!
