Went into this place and only 2 employees and guy making the sandwiches never cleans up the slicer left the deli meat out as he made other sandwiches and then went into back to grill something and both never said anything to me nor person in front of me waiting so I left this place never to return

I love Lenny’s but this is the worst one yet!!! I ordered the chicken salad and it’s horrible! This is my signature sand which but at this location it sucks. The chicken is not cut up and it’s big hard pieces of chicken… no taste on it’s own whatsoever. Never again Never ever ever again! Clearly why this location is practically empty during lunch time.

Used to be good fast sandwich place. Now it’s a joke how slow and poorly out together the sandwiches. New ownership ruined this place

I’m a long-time customer to this location. Historically, the staff would greet me at the door on a first name basis, and would get my order out quickly and accurately. Recently an ownership change occured, and the service and food quality have both diminished terribly. Just today, I placed my order and waited 15 minutes for my tuna sub, and had to return it as there was very little tuna on it. It also seemed to taste stale. My sweet tea also tasted old. Sadly, I won’t be returning again to one of my favorite lunch stops

I really miss this place. We don’t have any Lenny’s in Las Vegas, and it would be nice if they came out here. They are definitely my favorite sub chain. The bread is good and the quality of the ingredients were always good. I used to go to this location about once a week when I worked in that area. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The prices were fair as well.

Used to go here 1 or 2 times a month but have since stopped going. Never had any bad customer service experiences here but my MAINCOMPLAINT is that they Skimp on the meat in their sandwiches. I would get the club sub and it would only be 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of ham and 2 small pieces of bacon. I wasn’t even half full off of an entire Regular Sub +chips and drink. For $ 10, that shouldn’t be the case. Jersey Mikes is better and loads their sandwiches with meat. Go there instead.

I went to this sub shop a couple months ago. Arrived around 11:00am and there was one couple in front of me and an employee on the phone with his back to us. The people in front of me were clearly agitated and upon inquiry I found out that they have been standing there waiting for the guy to get off the phone for 10MINUTES! A couple minutes later we were all able to place our orders but then it took FOREVER for the food to come out and was also over priced. When I took the sandwiches back to my place to eat, the sandwiches were squashed and had hardly any sandwich fixings in them. I’ll never go there again. Too bad because they are just a few minutes walking distance away from my business.

I ordered online from here today. It was my first time eating here. They state they deliver. I ordered a 4:07 pm at 5:15 my food wasn’t here. I only live 1.5 miles away. I called store. The boy hung up on me first. When I got someone to answer he stated they had nobody there with a car so the manager was delivering it. He stated he was on his way. It is now 6:11 pm. My food is still not here and nobody is answering the phone at the store. I checked with my bank. They already took their payment. This is the worst service. If and when my food arrives it will be soggy and nasty if they actually left with it when they said. Food just arrived at 6:20. I asked when sandwiches were just made. He stated just now. I specifically told him what his staff said since, «he was the owner!» He said yeah we had transportation issues sorry about that. Well the sandwiches are completely soggy. My combo I ordered is missing the chips and drinks. I did receive the additional can sodas and oatmeal cookie. But when u order chips and soda. U pay for it u expect it. This is ridiculous and if this guy was the owner u would think he would have been apologetic at least and made sure my food was in the bag!

Normally I stay away from franchises but this was a last minute lunch decision and time was of the essence. Greeted right away and walked through the menu.(lots of options). The menu seemed to be organized around their Philly’s.I was pleased with their attempt at a Philly cheese steaks. Granted it was not as cheesy but the addition of the hot relish made it bite in a good way. The bread was baked fresh and the beef was pan grilled not that microwaved stuff that i have experienced in other places trying to pass off a Philly. The cheese was some kind of white cheddar of sorts. When ordering it does take more time than other sandwiches as they make it when you order it. Worth the wait as I hate pre-made meals like that. Clearly not«authentic» but a good local version. I kind of feel bad as there is an extremely authentic Philly place around the corner.

Consistent food but the store is filthy. Coke spills behind come machine and wall next to it. I just makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is? Went there again yesterday, stains by the coke machine are only getting nastier.

This Lenny’s is pretty good w/their customer service. I like how they bring you the food and clean up for you. Although I feel bad that they clean up after you not that I’m a messy eater but I just feel for a ‘fast food’ joint, you should do it yourself. The philly cheese is delicious. Add the pepper relish if you like a kick in your sandwich!

I highly recommend their pepper relish. It adds a kick to any of their subs, but you have to remember to ask for it. Their bread is fresh and they slice the meat for each sandwich individually. There is never a line of people like some other sandwich shops. The best subs are the ones with bacon on them. Plenty of seating and tv. Sandwich is big enough to eat half and take the rest home for later.

This is the worst sub shop ever. They have a new owner which is dumb as nails when it comes to buying a place and not knowing anything about it. There was complaint after complaint today. The employees don’t the pricing is way above anywhere else.

This place exceeded my expectations. The service was great and they really care about making the customer happy. The Philly Cheesesteak Sub was not 100% authentic but it tasted so good. The lack of authenticity is not a problem because I am in no way a cheesesteak purist.(The authentic version in Philadelphia has orange hose cheese… eww.) Lenny’s version had real white cheese. I could not tell if it was provolone, swiss, or what have you, but it melted nicely into the grilled onions. I’m sure they would use whatever cheese you asked for. Every sandwich is made to order. The ingredients were fresh, their house brand chips were delicious, the place was immaculately clean, and their drink selection was good. I don’t see Diet Dr. Pepper too often so that was nice. I will never eat at Subway again. Edit: I have been informed by a savvy reviewer that an authentic Philly Cheese steak has provolone on it. Authentic Philly cheese –fries– have orange cheez from a hose on them. Thanks!
