Horrible. I brought my purse to them to get the zipper fixed. I was told it was going to be ready in a week. Alright, not bad. I chef back a week later, I was told it wasn’t ready. I checked back the following week, I was told it wasn’t ready but the lady in the shop said she called me to inform me. No she didn’t. She said one more week. She would call me Friday. Friday came and gone and no call. Saturday (three weeks later) I went back in. She told me it would cost $ 40 to fix the zipper because I could just go out and by another $ 100 purse so why fix it! WHAT??? I asked you to fix my purse. Not only do you not fix it for 3 weeks… But then you tell me that I should just go out and buy another one! You are right… I’m just going to take my business elsewhere.

This place is extremely overpriced!!! 3 items for 17.30, 6.99 a piece with a 35% cash discount. I have gone to cleaners who charge about 1.50−2.00 per item. I recommend looking and taking business elsewhere if you are looking for a better price.

Wow. This place is expensive! The sign says 30% off but my order of 8 pieces was over $ 80. $ 28 for a short coat, $ 17 for a suit… I am not sure about the quality but they don’t advertise eco friendly. Most cleaners do the job for me so I really don’t need to pay such high prices just because they’re in Bellaire.
