The staff is fast and friendly. The dining room is relatively clean. The teens that seem frequent are decent kids that cause no problems. The parking lot is awful. I honestly drove through what I thought was a puddle. It was a deep pothole.

Soggy buffalo chicken, and I don’t even know what they did to the chicken Parmesan sandwich, but it didn’t taste good at all! The only good thing I got were the onion rings.

I eat at the BK chain frequently but not this one any more. I ordered a Caesar salad. I received NO receipt, no croutons, and no utensils. So now I’m at my office with a useless salad and no way to prove I even ordered it to complain to them or their corporate. So I’m warning you– ask for EVERYthing you suspect you may need because they won’t care enough to include it otherwise. Poor service.

I generally like Burger King for fast food, but our entire order was cold. Our trip from the location to our home was less than 2 miles. It is hard to return to an establishment when you receive fries that are ice cold.
The employee at the drive-​thru was friendly and polite.

Yeaaaaaaaah, normally I’m a fan of BK over McD’s because of the grilled taste. However, this joint just lacks. It lacks flavor, service, and heat. Heat? Yeah, as in cold food. The bone about this place was that because it’s near the high way, by the time I got onto I-​95 and was in a rhythm that would allow me to pull my Whopper out, I bit into it and realized that it was luke warm at best. After only 3 minutes? Give me a break — someone needs to do better about the food there. Blech.

I generally like Burger King hash browns better than McDonald’s hash browns.
Why you ask? Well, its my personal theory that the greater surface area per unit hash brown allows for a superior crunch factor. As crunch factor is the best part of fried potato products, given a choice of Burger King or McDonald’s breakfast, I will almost always choose BK (also, transformers toys ftw).
Anyway. Why am I declaring this BK weak? Soggy hash browns of course. And its not like I picked up the last batch of hash browns at 10:291 either. It was 8:15 — Prime Breakfast time.
