First — sat down and table was filthy and part of it was a build up of scum. Second — salt & pepper shakers had not been wiped off in a long time. Third — food was acceptable Service — not attentive, they spend too much time visiting with each other

Disgusting… service bad… food bad. I don’t even know where to start. How do you run out of strawberries, salmon, AND porkchops. We have a party of 20 and tried to preorder so the kitchen wouldn’t be swamped. Lauren decided a few days ahead of the lunch that would not be allowed we would have to order at the location. We had one waitress to serve all of us. Service was slow food was nasty such a waste. We need more decent food options close the APG. We will never hold a luncheon here again.

Wow. This must be a horrible area for service. Both places I have been in this area are horrible. A Monday night at 8:30 and two other tables. Guess that says it all. Bartender was useless. Should have waited on myself. Not sure what’s up with this area and bad service.

I dont know what is going on with this place. I went there a couple of nights ago and witnessed some crazy stuff. I wasn’t going to post a review but after sleeping on it, I figured it was best. Let me first start with the layout of the building. The front is where the back should be, and as I was driving around to find where to park, it seemed like every employee was outside smoking. Not just regular employees, but management as well. Finally parked, walked into the building. Could barely open the door. Stood at the host station, no host to be found. After waiting a few minutes, I am assuming the manager took us to a booth in the bar. She reeked of smoke, I am pretty sure she was one of the group that was outside. Anyways, we looked over the menu, which the selection was nice. Our waitress was also the bartender, she had pretty much no personality at all. It was a quick introduction that sounded like a robot. Our drinks came out pretty quick. We placed our order, which that also came out in a timely matter. As we were waiting for our food we could hear the employees gathered at one of the booths on the opposite side of us. And the conversations were what bothered me the most about this entire experience. The girl who sat us was talking to another girl about what I can only assume was another employee. And talking negatively about said person. They were also talking about how bored they were and they just want to go home, and how much they disliked working there. As a customer, these are honestly things I really don’t feel like hearing while trying to eat. Anyways, after trying to mute out the conversation we finally finish our meals. While we were eating we heard the phone ring constantly and no one took the effort to answer it. At one point I was ready to answer it myself. After our plates were cleared away, we looked over the dessert menu, and as we were doing so the girl who sat us walked over to the computer near the bar and she looked like she was nodding out. I am assuming she was under the influence of some sort of drug. At this point, we decided that we just wanted to get out of there. We paid our check, tipped our server and pretty much darted out of there. If I ever choose to return, I pray that these issues will be resolved. Customers really are not interested in the drama of restaurant employees. As well as a person of authority should not be at their place of employment high. I do not see me going back anytime soon. But, I very will make it known if these things do not change by the time I return. Which is unfortunate because the food was awesome… Oh well…

I like Ruby Tuesday but there is something wrong with this one. Too bad because it is close to where I live. Have been there a bunch of times due to convenience, but… Beer always tastes a little off, like the lines need to be cleaned. Bar area needs good sanitizing also. It always smells a little funky behind the bar. Lettuce at the salad bar tends to be little wilty. Also feel bad for the bartenders. They tend bar and wait the tables in the bar area. That doesn’t make any sense. Please fix this place management, you are my neighborhood bar.

Business lunch at about 2pm for 2: 1. We waited at the hostess desk for over 5 Minutes. we finally went to the bar. 2. Bar area was filthy. Glasses were dirty, the register was dusty and greasy, the entire bar area was dirty. 3. Server/bartender was annoyed and not friendly. 4. Listening to employees was very sad. Please contact corporate to discuss.

Worst restaurant in Harford county. Service is terrible. Left and went to Cracker Barrel after literally waiting 20 minutes for a server to approach the table, they never did. There were 5 other servers on the floor, the manager was even around. Everyone looked but NOONE did anything about it, as the table next to me is constantly being seen by the same server who takes care of them and then proceeds to stand on the wall. They were not busy at all. The hostess even had an attitude. That was enough to make us leave and never return. Do NOT eat here.

As a bartender/server with 10 years of experience, I must say I’m really disappointed with this place. It is one of the only restaurants nearby with carry out. This is the 2nd time in a row that our food has been sent back over the span of 2 trips. About a month ago, we ordered sandwiches for takeout around dinner time & they messed up one of the sandwiches. Ordered an avocado chicken sandwich where there was NO avocado whatsoever, HALF of a piece of bacon, soggy bread & the chicken tasted bad so I didn’t even finish it. We complained & received a $ 20 gift card in an email. Fast forward to tonight where we went to use said coupon. Ordered carry out again & the bartender, Molly(her name was on the ticket) wrote down the wrong order.(We opened it up to check before leaving). So we had to wait about 15 more minutes for another. The manager just apologized even after we said this is their second mistake & did not do anything else to make it better(ie: another gift card or refund). Then, as we waited for our food to be remade, a food runner who was a guy in his 20s probably, was asked by the bartender if he could drop off a plate at a table while she was busy, in which he responded, «I don’t really want to… But I guess I will,» and then walked very slowly like he didn’t care to drop off said food. Now, I’m not one to typically write reviews, especially since I’m in the business as well & I know people make mistakes, however, this is the 2nd time in a row this place has messed up. It just seems like the manager(s) may be too lenient & the staff(kitchen included) needs to be talked to & told to step it up. There are several bad ratings for this particular Ruby Tuesdays & it really sucks because there aren’t too many other restaurants nearby. Everyone makes mistakes but if the staff shows apathy for their job, perhaps they should get a new one.

Revisited this location after some prodding and a hunger for some of their salad bar. The service was pretty good, but the portions of food were very small compared to other Ruby Tuesday locations. For the price, I could eat a ton of BBQ from Famous Dave’s and be more satisfied. I still don’t recommend this place. There’s better food in this area and better Ruby Tuesday locations.

Our bartender that was there when we got there was awesome! After she left we had a girl names MOLLY… Took her about 15 minutes to even say hi and acknowledge us. She was too busy talking to this group of business men and talking in her annoying voice. She was leaning on the slushy machines and talking to these guys for awhile. We left cause she showed no interest in us… The bartender with the leg brace was the best!!! Molly should not be working there…

I’ve been to this particular Ruby Tuesday 3 times, and each time I was disappointed. The food is so-so — typical American food. But the service stinks. The first time, we waited for a good 30 mins for our food, but this wasn’t during a dinner rush. It was at lunch time on a Sunday and the place was DEAD. The second time, the server seemed as if she could care less if we were there or not. We only saw her 3 times — briefly when she took our order, then when she practically threw our plates on the table, and finally to drop off the check. Never got a drink refill, she never came to ask if the food was ok or anything. The 3rd time I went, we got overcharged. So 3 strikes and they’re out. It takes alot for me to write a restaurant off entirely, but they’ve convinced me to NEVER go back.

Somethings not right at Ruby’s… We’ve visited this location often and have always been willing to give it the oversight needed to get a good meal here in exchange for the good quality we get when they get it right. Last night’s meal? Ambiance is far better than any similar chain. Large, comfortable, clean tables and chairs. Table setting also a step above. The menus themselves are colorful, and clean! Our server, Kelly, was excellent! She was professional — this was her career! Just the right amount of banter, attention. Perfect service! The food was largely a failure this trip. There were 4 of us. The sirloin and asparagus were fine. Asparagus crispy. Steak rare as requested. The burger meal was also properly prepared and good quality. The sliders meal was a bust. The meat overcooked to the consistency of air hockey pucks. But, the disaster was the salmon meal. When it was delivered, I noticed an odd, white color, but thought, OK, it’s Atlantic salmon… no problem. also noticed the bottom was cooked black and hard. and then I took a bite… ughh…chewy, dry consistency. So chewy I couldn’t even swallow it. Sent it back and the replacement was not dry, but still a weird texture, and SPOILED! they served rotten fish! the taste was SO bad, I couldn’t get it out of my mouth. Obviously, the fish was old, or the freezer had thawed, or something similar! Someone should have been able to catch that. Manager was very apologetic and offered free dessert… but it’s a shame that Ruby’s is letting food quality fall. It’s such nice setting, but without the food to match.

Been to this Ruby Tues a few times now. One waitress cares, the rest don’t. I go during 3pm area before work. Normally have to wait like 5 min before anyone comes to the front to seat my fellow workers.(4 total). The crab cakes are a joke, too much bread in them, along with some veritable in it. The ribs are average at best, if you do order them, make sure to get extra BBQ sauce, because they can be a bit dry. I really like the Louisiana shrimp though. Salad bar has a lot on it. Over all, it’s better than mc donalds but not better than an applebees. Sorry, had to knock it down to a two star review, forgot about the hard ass cold cheese rolls that they never give to you while your waiting on your order.

Saturday night after I got home from drilling with the National Guard, my wife and I find out we are dinning alone tonight. So we decided to head off to Rudy Tuesdays for diner. It just so happened that I had an email coupon for $ 10 off two adult entrees. I ordered their new«Shellfish Trio»(lobster tail, crab cake, and grilled shrimp) for $ 17.99. My meal came with two side dishes and I ordered Asparagus($ 1 upcharge) and the grilled zuchini. Pros: the grilled Asparagus were out of this world! Just the right amount of seasoning and perfectly cooked with a slight crisp left. Cons: My crab cake had to be about 2 oz, it was just every so tiny. Also my veggie side dish of grilled zuchini had only six(yuppers 6) slices on the plate. Service: On the way to bring my my dinner, the waitress dropped my Lobster tail on the ground. I didn’t get a new lobster tail untill we were almost finished with diner. Pros: The manager was the one who brought me my lobster tail after we had finished our diners. As a consulation gift, she offered us free refills and desert was on her. Desert: we tried the Red Velvet and Banana Cupcakes. Yummm!!! We really use to enjoy eating at Ruby Tuesday, but then they got dump and changed their salid bar. My other Con was my beer. I ordered what I thought was a 12oz glass and it turned out to be a 10 oz glass. Heppy hunting!
