The employees in this location are in no hurry when taking your order or preparing your food. The food is typical Burger King. I came in during the evening and someone was cleaning the soda fountain area. You’d think they’d stop for the customers, NOPE, she kept cleaning and I had to wait for her to finish, which I guess was okay, because it took forever for my food to be prepared. I’ve come in 3 separate times to this location and refuse to come back. It does not matter when I arrive, it is the slowest service ever for a fast food joint.

We would have given zero star if there was a choice! The shift manager was rude and absent– minded when taking our order. As we tried to correct his mistake in the order, he told us to leave the store! We cannot believe that someone with such obnoxious attitude can be a service manager! What a wrong profession! Shame on the company.

Staff are usually great. Food is what you’d expect from a fast food hamburger restaurant. But the daytime manager was fantastic. I came in for a quick bite to eat and there was an elderly, handicapped woman who came in a short time after. She was struggling a bit, but the manager could tell a little extra help would be chivalrous and jumped right in. He brought the food over to her, made sure she had everything she needed, offered to help with anything else she needed, and did it all with a smile. You don’t see service like that all the time but when you do, you know it’s a tier above the rest.

My wife and I stopped here the other night because we needed something quick. We rarely ever get fast food unless we need something quick, don’t feel like going in somehwere, etc. I’d never been here before so I wanted to just hit up the drive-​thru.
We get into the lot, drive around and then realize… there is no drive-​thru. Huh? It’s a standalone building so I’m super shocked they did not have a drive-​thru. What’s that all about?
So, I was forced to walk in and then they didn’t even have what I wanted. Not a good stop. I am OK giving them the 2nd star because the employees working were incredibly friendly. If you’re looking for a Burger King with a drive-​thru, this is not your place.

This Burger King improved their ice cream compared to a few months ago. It’s much better, creamier and a value at just $ 1 for an cone. I noticed that the wifi is secured although the signs say free wifi. I didn’t take the time to see if it was easy to get the password.

Is it a house? No silly, it’s burger king of Bedminster! Set a little out of town you can see many rich and famous people here on Saturdays for lunch. Staff is great and always remember you!
