The grounds around my apartment need updating. Every time it raining, the sidewalk and surrounding parking spaces get covered in mud.
My apartment is in need of some definite upgrades. The cabinet doors in the kitchen are warped. The appliances work but are outdated. I’ve notices some other apartments have a screen door leading out to the patio; that would be nice to have.
There are areas of opportunity with maintenance. Most times they’ve been out to fix something, they don’t do very well to clean up after themselves. I usually have to vacuum, mop the floors and wipe down various areas. Most of the repairs/​painting, etc, weren’t done very well.
Having said all the above, the office personnel has always been very friendly and has address my problems promptly.

This place is awful. We have mold and water damamge everywhere. We have several appliances that don’t work. ac unit took them two months to replace, our hot water heater is good for about 10 minutes of warm water (if you’re a women you know this is not okay), something is wrong with the pipes in the whole place I suspect since our neighbors roof caved in! They don’t provide covered parking for every renter. We have a two bedroom with two tenant and we tried to even pay for another spot but they simply don’t have enough parking. Because i work late I end up having to park in handicapped and move my car in the mornings. The office is useless for most things. And it can all be yours for $ 1000 a month *eye roll*

Clean grounds, quick and reliable maintenance service, friendly management, reasonable rates and good lease, quiet neighbors, great parking, convenient location, pools, small gym, and a volleyball court. I love it here

My ac was pushing 80 degrees for two months during July and August 100 degree weather and they did nothing about it after 15 complaints and them coming out 15 times. Still doesn’t work. Asked for them to help with a rent credit on second month due to 2 $ 350 energy bills since ac is ran non stop, but they said haha no. Staff is the worst and I pay on time every time. Slumlandlords without a doubt. Can’t wait to move.

Do not live here. It’s disgusting. I get roaches in my apartment all of the time. Right now outside my door are a random pair of panties and someone who dumped there cats poop litter on the concrete.
