We celebrated my brothers graduation from TWU here on Friday early evening. The venue is quaint and well laid out and the décor is tastefully done. Starters were sublime; I had to really hold myself back. We had the Deep fried Brie and the Sausage and Cheese Tart! Holy smokes !!! Just delicious. For mains I had the Beef Wellington and it was absolutely magnificent. My brother had the Gorgonzola Alfredo(I tasted that as well, also wondering tasty and rich). More importantly everything was properly seasoned, it was really worth the money. Service isn’t very quick but everything is freshly made so I am happy to wait :)

Finally tried this place as I had it bookmarked forever! Appetizer was pork belly and it was just delicious! Hubby had a filet and I think we made a mistake on asking how to cook it as they cut it in had and then cooked which I would never do to a filet but next time we’ll let them make it their way ;) I had veggie ravioli and was in heaven! We also grabbed some homemade jam before leaving and it was really good! From what I gather it’s more family owned and they do a neat lil job! We should have come here earlier and will definitely be back soon! Thanks!

Excellent food. I went again last night and had the ribeye. It was cooked to perfection and the sides were well done. I had to take some home because it is a good sized portion. My wife had the quail and it was marvelous! I will have that next time even though I’m a steak guy. Michael was our sommelier and his wine choices were absolutely spectacular! Bizzi’s has a more mature selection of wines that beats the similarly priced younger wines at the steak chains(Bob’s, Silver Fox, JRs). This is one of our favs.

Visited Bizzi’s for a dear friend’s birthday. It was AMAZING! I told the waitress to surprise me with something from the dinner menu. She brought out meatloaf with Gorgonzola mash — the LAST thing I would have ordered for myself BUT it was THEBESTMEATLOAF I have ever had!(sorry mom) We snacked on a few of the flatbread treats before dinner and they were very good as well. Look forward to visiting again next time I’m in the area.

I am definitely a fan. My sisters and I had our first visit over the weekend. We wanted to try it all. They were so very accommodating and courtesy with our orders. We were able to share with ease our entrees and wine flights with no mess or confusion. We ordered the meatloaf, scallops and lamb. They were all very tasty. I will be definitely coming back here with my husband for a date.

Very pricey and extremely slow. Food was tasty, but everything was overpriced — food and drink. We must have caught them on a bad night because the place was almost empty and it took us over an hour to get any food at all. Finally had to ask the waiter if it was coming. Probably won’t ever go back.

We have been here twice now, amazing both times. I love the beef Wellington, the crust was just right and perfection with the first bite and boy, great wine suggestions to go along! It always feels like«our romantic place»

Veronika, chef Heather and Michael all helped make our wedding reception more than my husband and I could have dreamed of. They were well organized, the drinks were amazing and Michael really knew his stuff, and lastly the food was to die for. All of it was so delicious from the appetizers of the tuna anchors to our entrees the filet mignon and salmon. No one had complaints and everyone had empty plates. Fantastic experience and atmosphere.

My husband and I came to this restaurant after driving by it many times. The food was excellent. We ordered the duck patae. Great appetizer. I had the wedge salad with blue cheese dressing. My husband had the pork tenderloin. Both were delicious! Service was excellent! Wine selection was unbelievable. If you like something different unique and intimate this is a place to visit. We will be back to visit!

Bizzi’s Bistro is amazing. All food made in house. Homemade sourdough bread, is Just the start. We had beef Wellington, salmon in dill cream sauce, and the most amazing cheesecake served with homemade butterscotch caramel sauce with candied roasted pecans. Wow. The atmosphere is sublime. We made reservations and our table was so perfect. We definitely received 5 star treatment. The wine list is huge and drinks excellent. Can not wait to return.

Firstly, the atmosphere is fantastic. Friendly service, white linen tablecloths, and good lighting; not too dark or too bright. I had the Pork Sandwich with the Pork and Hominy soup. I know that’s a lot of pork but the soup intrigued me so I had to try it. I am quite the soup snob; I will not eat a soup that hasn’t had a lot of effort put into it. I don’t care how bad my cold is, I won’t eat soup out of a can. EVER. Anyway, the soup was fantastic; the pork was tender and the broth was full of flavor; I devoured every last drop! As for the Pork Sandwich, it had a lot going on: pork tenderloin, spinach, garlic aoli, caramelized onions, and figs. The combination was outstanding! Sweet, savory, and delicious! Also excited to try the bread pudding which I am taking home because I’m stuffed! Can’t wait to be back!

Extensive wine selection and reasonably priced by the bottle. They often run specials by-the-glass offerings as well. I recommend anything from the columbia valley that they carry. Classic cocktails should not be overlooked. I recommend the negroni. Gin, compari, and sweet vermouth in an overflowing martini glass with an orange rind. Food menu has a wide variety from italian/Mediterranean to southwest favorites. From piccata to quail. Head chef is classically trained and has the skills to execute. Starting with gravlax cured salmon with dill crème fraîche. Very good app. Delicate flavor on some very meaty cured salmon slices. Tasty buttery crostini. Great starter. Entrée was quail stuffed with burrata, pancetta, and mushrooms. Outstanding dish! I haven’t had quail in 10 years but this dish has ruined me for roast chicken. Perfectly executed. So tender and fall off the bone wonderful. You haven’t had quail until Heather has prepared it for you. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and origin of ingredients. They are a farm to table restaurant that cares about the quality and integrity of their food supply chain. Can’t wait to come back.

This is the kind of restaurant that makes me so happy. I said to Adam as our appetizer was put down in front of us, «is it weird how much food like this influences my mood?!» Beautiful, quality cuisine is something that seriously impacts my general attitude about life, you know? And Bizzi’s gets major points for making me merry and full. We popped in around 7:45PM on a Friday evening. There were a few parties seated and a couple of folks at the bar, but it was relatively quiet. The restaurant itself — the main dining room — is a small space, but the owners of Bizzi’s own the entire building it’s in, so there’s plenty of room for private parties, a wedding reception, etc. It’s kind of easy to overlook the building as you drive by, but don’t! Pull in and park — the entrance is on the backside. The ambiance is very cozy and intimate. You kind of feel like you’re at a close friend’s house for dinner. It’s simple, homey, and comfortable. Local artwork hangs on the walls and you’ll find white tablecloths and warm, low lighting. Romantic but casual. The menu is New American cuisine, so you can expect some really classic, feel-good, and hearty options that are presented in a fine-dining, delicate, and exceptional manner. We started with the burrata appetizer, because seriously — what’s better? Cool, creamy, silky, wonderful burrata served with a trio of fresh and fragrant multi-colored cherry tomatoes. You get freshly baked crostini(or some fantastic warm gluten-free crackers, if preferred) on the side. We had both! Bizzi’s is really wonderful about taking care of any dietary needs you might have, so don’t hesitate to ask your server. For my entrée I went with the stuffed quail. It’s typically stuffed with cornbread and sausage, but having to eat GF, I asked if there was an alternative. Our waitress spoke with the chef and then asked me if goat cheese, pancetta, and mushrooms would suffice. I wanted to kiss her! YES, that sounds amazing, and it was. I was served two gorgeously prepared quails, filled with plenty of tart goat cheese and salty, delicious pancetta. The meat was incredible! And, the quail is raised locally, so I felt good about eating bird that was treated humanely and locally sourced. Adam ordered the house-made pesto pasta with bacon. I couldn’t share, but those noodles looked perfect. Thick and rustic and coated with love(butter, cream, cheese, and fresh basil). So so so jealous. Chef Heather is doing an immense job at creating and serving an ambitious menu. To make our meal even more fantastic, we had a flight of wonderful wines. Ask for Michael — he knows his stuff when it comes to vino, and he was able to put together a beautiful flight of 4 unique pours that truly elevated our dinner. At the end, we enjoyed the beautiful Espresso Mousse. It was simultaneously light, silky, and rich… some serious bold flavors going on, but served as a mousse so it’s not heavy or overpowering. Lovey love. You have to go here! Most entrees are between $ 16-$ 25(with a few more expensive options and specials), and you’re looking at wine that’s probably $ 11 per glass or so, but these prices are soundly worth the quality and flavor. You’re going to love your meal. OH, and Bizzi’s sells a great variety of house-made jellies, pickles, and peanut butter. I’m eager to return. Relax with a cheese plate and wine or go all out with their superb appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Wonderful and worthy options all around.

Went there for lunch– it was incredible. I had the steak sandwich and a spicy potato soup. The soup is sublime. My friend has chicken club. She said it was the best chicken club she has ever ate. If you have not tried Bizzi’s for lunch you are truly missing out on one of the best lunches you will ever eat. Go there now while that potato soup is still on the menu.

Nice restaurant, always empty. We’ve been a few times & the foods been good until today!!! We ordered soup & entrée, soup was wonderful. I requested a straw and never saw it. I ordered the Steak sandwich. I got a hamburger looking object… I only had a butter knife so I couldn’t cut it. I took a bite & could not bite through it. I returned the sandwich to the waiter and a few minutes later the owner came out yet again I explained that before when I ordered this it was beautifully sliced meat and looked amazing on the plate. This was unappealing! The OWNER told me that this was a better cut of meat & was a perfect choice. Honey, I’m a cordon bleu chef from France, I’ve opened 9 restaurants this sandwich is all kinds of wrong!

Went for the first time today. I moved across the street from Bizzis back in March and have been meaning to stop by and try since I saw such good reviews on Unilocal. I was not disappointed. I had the brie appetizer and the meatball sandwich with caesar salad. I ate solo and the waitstaff kept me company as I ate — they were so lovely. I’m not a huge wine drinker so I did not have any wine. The brie appetizer was everything and more than I expected. Very delicious: sweet, salty, flakey, mmmm all of the above. The caesar salad was fresh and crunchy. The dressing was just perfect and very tasty. The meatball sandwich was open faced and so delicious. I was so full when I left, I couldn’t have dessert. I can’t wait to come back and try more items :)

Went for the first time today for lunch. I had the chicken club, which at first I thought might be too boring, but the waiter assured me it was great. I’m glad I got it because it was arguably the best chicken club. Look forward to going back!

It was very hard not to give this five stars, and even now I’m teetering between four and five. What I liked about this place? Just about everything. The food was amazing and full of flavor, it was recommended to me that I try the stuffed pork loin. Pure brilliance. I had some wine with the meal, and it was a very good mix. The server was very friendly, and they brought out some extra bread for me, which was great. The atmosphere pulled me in as warm and pleasant. The servers did seem to have some friends over at the small bar area, which made things a little loud, but there was no issue for me there. The price, however, was a bit extensive for me. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re on your own, but to that same regard, if you brought a date here you’d easily be spending more than you’d probably like. They need to put a sign on the street side of the building, rather than just the sign they have in the grass. It threw me off at first and I went further ahead than needed. Even still, there is not much that I can complain about, and I would definitely recommend this place, but be careful because it can put a hole in your wallet if you’re not. I really wanted to try the appetizer special, but it would have put me too far out of my budget, and I never care for appetizers that are nearly as much as an entrée. Sadly.
