Looked at big box stores for a specific lamp part and came up short. Wasn’t even sure of what to look for online. Meanwhile, our beautiful floor lamp (it was a gift) languished in a corner. Decided to give this place a try on a rainy afternoon.
Greeted by Roni, who took a look at the antique lamp, disappeared to the back and swiftly showed up a minute or two after with something that fit so well, you would have thought it was custom made. And it kind of was, since this little part is almost impossible to find and she finagled us a solution.
Roni installed the part herself while we were inside the store. I was bracing myself for yet another disappointing store trip and a one sided conversation of what the little part does just to be met with blank stares, and here comes someone so efficient, direct and friendly that I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
