Food was good but I was very upset when the check came. Arrived at noon on Saturday for lunch and was charged the dinner menu prices. When we question the waitress afterwards she said that the dinner prices apply all day on Saturday. This is not marked anywhere on the menu. Paid way too much for a lunch sized portion. I had been there the previous Friday and ordered the same and paid the lunch price. Really??? Feels like a scam.

I ordered for delivery. We ordered one thing with 4 star spicy and 2 things with 3 star spicy. When we got the food it said extra spicy on the container that was supposed to be 3 stars. Everything was covered in chili flakes in all three items and so spicy that we had to stop eating it.(And we all like spicy) The lady we ordered from even read back my order to me and it was all perfect. I have read the food is amazing but to be honest I cannot tell you because it was so spicy we had stop eating it. On the receipt it just says regular for all the items. Even though the food might be good, it is actually covered. I wouldn’t order from there again.

We are novice Thai food people, but our waitress offered 3 suggestions and we loved them all. Spring rolls, pad Thai and curry were all excellent. Portions were big as we had enought for 2 meals. Beer, food, service and ambiance were all perfect. Wisconsin Marty and Jane

We enjoyed the dinner and our evening. Helpful and friendly staff. The beef and curry meal I had was great, as was the tea and the coconut ice cream for dessert.

Great Thai food. I have also been to the restaurant branch on NW23rd in Portland. Loved the seafood cream cheese wontons and the crab pad Thai. The service was a little interesting because we showed up 30 minutes before lunch was done. Our waiter was very kind and friendly.

Very tasty. Pleasant atmosphere and its hopping. Very busy around dinner time. Go a bit early or late to avoid a crowd.

Thai Bloom = yum. We experienced excellent service, and great food. I have no real complaints about this place so far. Their appetizers are very good. If you go with a group, I suggest you try a few of their appetizer plates. Their massaman curry is one of the best I’ve had, as well as their pad Thai. Just go try them and see for yourself. I can’t really say more.

Hands down, the absolute best Thai food in the Portland area. My wife and I can’t get enough, and eat there at least once a week, even though traffic from our place can be horrific. Our favorites are the Panang and Massaman curries, and the Crying Tiger appetizer is a must. Great place to eat for families, or mom and dad date night.

Went here for date night with my gf. They have happy hour all day Sunday and definitely worth going to. The wait wasn’t too long when we went, but it got busy fast. We ordered the Tom yum chicken, papaya salad spicy(recommend), phad Thai shrimp which was also good, and the pineapple curry which I highly recommend. The pineapple is sweet and subtle and not over powering like other pineapple dishes from other restaurants. Just the right sweetness! Definitely a place to go.

The happy hour is fantastic! I’ve never eaten in the main restaurant because HH is where it’s at. Creative list of tropical drinks. I get something different every time, and I’m happy with them each time. Try them all! Lots of choices, and the food is great. I crave the spicy wings, they have a great crunch to them, and then slathered in a sweet and spicy sauce. I’ve also had the pad thai and drunken noodles, and these were tasty. Not the best I’ve ever had, but good. I enjoyed the larb and the potstickers as well. The check-in special is worth it: coconut ice cream, draped in chocolate sauce. One weird thing: last visit, we were given our second round of small plates before our drinks were ready. Great job kitchen! Bartender: they are showing you up.

Big fan of Thai Bloom downtown and in Beaverton. There happy hour is amazing and the food always comes out perfect. I have to say my favorite dish, well I assume they have it at the Beaverton location as well, is the Crab Pad Thai. I love the dungeness crab mixed with the noodles. It’s a great combo. No complaints at all about the food. The prices aren’t to shabby on the regular menu either so really no complaints on my end!

It was p pretty obvious that this Thai restaurant is very popular. There was a bit of a wait for a table for two. Very crowded Friday lunch service. They say they are usually slammed at lunch. They were very prompt with the service filling our water glasses continually. We ordered drunken noodles with shrimp(spicey) and tofu pad su. Both were good but honestly I don’t think I have been to a bad Thai place yet so I do not really know how to rate them. The menu looked quite varied. I was sneaking peaks of other orders coming out and it looked like the fried rice was also a winner.

We were invited to eat dinner with friends at Thai Bloom last night. It was our first time eating there, and I expected it to be a quiet, not-so-busy restaurant. I was proven wrong as soon as we pulled into the very full parking lot. It’s always a good sign when the restaurant is busy, right? The restaurant itself is big, there is a bar area with tables and then a separate dining area(away from the bar). They do not take reservations, so we had about a 15 – 20 minute wait. Once we were seated, our server was very friendly and answered all of our questions about the menu. My husband and I both ordered Thai beers(Singha and Tsingtao), which paired well with our dishes. We ordered family style between the four of us: Chicken Pad Thai, Beef Broccoli, and Chicken Panang Curry with rice. Although we would not normally order gluten free, our friend is gluten intolerant, so all of the dishes were made GF. I honestly couldn’t notice the difference. Every dish was delicious and full of great flavor. Each dish serves two people, so ordering three dishes turned out perfect for our group. Next time I would like to try the spring rolls and cashew chicken. If you’re in Beaverton and are looking for some delicious Thai food, Thai Bloom is your spot. It is very modern and classy(not your typical hole-in-the-wall). However, expect a bit of a wait.

Love going here for happy hour! Prices are cheap & portions are good. Some of my favorite happy hour dishes here are the Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai, Thai Fried Rice, and the Crab Wontons. Their Thai Iced Tea is cold, creamy, & sweet — just the way I like it! Their curries are good too. It gets busy during dinner & happy hour, so try to go earlier or make a reservation. Service has always been good & attentive. If you’e looking for good Thai food in Beaverton, this is the place to go!

I love Thai food! Thai Bloom does not disappoint. Delicious food, friendly service, and great dining experience. We visited for weekend dinner. The hostess promptly seated us and took our orders. There were so many yummy options in the menu, it was hard to pick. I tried the Thai bloom sweet coconut red curry with roasted duck, pineapple, grapes, bell pepper, Thai basil, rambutan, and cherry tomato. My husband ordered the pineapple fried rice dish. Both dishes were cooked excellently and super delicious. I loved the richness of the duck with the smooth and sweet curry. The fruit and vegetables added a sweet and crunchy flavor to the curry. The fried rice had a generous portion of meat and pineapple, and very tasty. Overall, I loved dining at Thai Bloom. Definitely one of the best Thai options in the area, and look forward to coming again in the future.

I am not sure why this place has such great reviews! It is decent thai food… Nothing great at all. We had ordered tom kha spring rolls for starters. Which was good. Then we had the green curry. I must say pretty good but the spicy fried rice a total bummer! Just layered with chilli flakes — so bad! The pad see yew was a greasy mess… Will I go again? Maybe not… Hillsboro/beaverton area has a lot of better options

Foods awesome. Prices are fair. Great happy hour. I do a lot of take-outs there. HOWEVER… the wait is pretty long even on week nights. Take out order can take up to 30 mins. Given the location, it’s quite a hot spot in the heart of Beaverton suburb. Def recommend to check it out!

Come for the happy hour! They have a great selection of food and drinks for a happy hour menu and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. I liked the chicken pad thai, but thought it could’ve had a little more flavor. The drunken noodles were also pretty good, but I’ve definitely had better. I also tried the calamari, which I thought was really good. I like my calamari crispy rather than chewy and that’s how it is here. Their seating area for happy hour is on the side of the restaurant with the bar. There’s probably ~15 or more tables that are meant for 2 people, but they can easily arrange the tables to accommodate larger parties. My group had about 10 people and the staff was really helpful in making sure we could all seat together. You can also choose to sit at the bar if you want to. If you’re a Unilocaler, make sure to check in for your free coconut ice cream! I personally hate coconut flavored things so I thought the ice cream was horrible. However, most of the people in my group thought it was super delicious. Can’t go wrong with a free Unilocal deal!

Decent food, the service is amazing and the happy hour menu is good. We ordered fried calamari, chicken larb salad, papaya salad, pad tai with chicken, chicken satay, few drinks. All choices that we had were decent, the staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. Bill came up to a decent price. It is a decent Thai restaurant for Beaverton area. Still nothing to top it off with any restaurant in San Francisco but I will return. One of the staff came up and helped me with my car because it needed a jump. So I thank him for that, what a nice man!
