This place is terrible. Horrible customer service. I’ve been a member for years & never tan. Yet, now that I want to cancel my membership they have me waiting for ever and charging me a late charge since my card changed. Why not run payments with people’s account # and routing #… Duh?! Banks always change your debit card every so often. Waiting and waiting to cancel. The impossible to cancel my acct. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The pros and cons, I feel like the base bed is very cheap per month! However the upgrades are pricey enough not to be worth it for me since I’m regularly in the sun. There’s a crazy long wait if you go after 3pm and people pay an upgrade to cut in line which I’ve never experienced before and if you don’t pay for that upgrade you basically won’t get in. Mornings work great for me though and it’s almost empty any time before noon. Overall I’m very happy with it because of my flexible schedule, they have great deals on spray tans too and the lady that helped me with my first one was very sweet and helpful!

I work right across the street so this location is super convenient for me. I came in today and tried a spray tan and so far I’m loving the results. The sales lady I talked to worked for the headquarters, so she didn’t get any kind of commission for signing me up. I haven’t signed up yet, but I intend to if I’m happy with the tan. She was knowledgeable, and super nice, I didn’t feel pressured to buy the latest and greatest package. (I work in commission sales… I know how it goes) I don’t think that their prices are any better or worse than other competitors, so I will probably come back to sign up soon!

I have the month-​to-​month package here, and it’s a great deal ($ 21 for unlimited tanning – not too shabby). The staff is efficient and very friendly, particularly Sara! I’m always greeted with a smile. Very clean, nice facility.
