We love Parker Furniture! We ordered a very expensive sectional from Parker Furniture. The sales people were very helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we got the right sofa for our needs. However, there were several manufacturing errors with our final product including poor workmanship on the throw pillows. The two of the pillows shredded at the seams almost immediately upon receiving them.
David came out immediately and fixed some minor problems with the sofa itself and sent the pillows back the manufacturer. The manufacturer did not solve the problem and we kept receiving pillows that shredded at the seams, incorrect fabric, etc. The fabric was shredded at the seam right out of the box on one set of replacement pillows the manufacturer sent. This went on for months!!! Mistakes, shredded fabric, poor quality. The manufacturer was horrible and finally Parker at their own expense had a local seamstress reconstruct the pillows. The are now perfect. I cannot say enough of Parker’s willingness to help us out and make sure that we were happy with our product and David’s willingness go after the manufacturer. I am very happy with Parker’s resolution to our problem, but will never buy from that manufacturer again!
But I will DEFINITELY buy from Parker Furniture again! They really stand behind their products. Very happy customer!

Wonderful store, amazing service and awesome people. This is a store that treats you like family. Been a customer for 10 years. Helped me decorate my home twice and over that time the service and level of caring has NOT skipped a beat. Sue is a part of our extended family now and owner Jeff Parker is someone we consider a friend. We cannot thank them enough for helping us beautify our home!

We Moved to Oregon a little over a year ago and needed to furnish our Living room. Our issue is that after over 6 months of waiting and a very pricy sofa, it is not what we expected. I will say the service of the staff was excellent. A designer came to our home to help us plan what type of pieces would fit. They also provided a loaner sofa while we waited for the 4 – 6 months for ours to be built and shipped. We came back to the showroom and decided on a Henredon sectional that was like the one located in the very front of the showroom. We picked out the fabric with the designer. Once we received the sofa, the fabric was not all what we expected. It has a horribly rough texture, almost like a burlap. In addition, the cushion’s are very hard, uncomfortable and the depth is way to short because of this. It is not at all like the sectional that we loved in the showroom. Even the fabric on the pillows are horribly rough. I can’t sit on the sofa with my bare skin. We called to complain to the Design manager and unfortunately there was not much she could to. She did say that the cushions and the fabric would soften up after a year. Well, it is just over a year later and the sectional is just as uncomfortable and the fabric has not soften. I’m extremely disappointed with this very expensive investment and there is nothing that Parker would do about it.

Designer Kelley Lawson has not only designed our family home in Lake Oswego, Oregon but also our home in Scottsdale, Arizona and condo in Los Angeles. She artfully designed beautiful living spaces in Scottsdale and LA without even seeing the properties. She is exceptional at understanding the visions of clients and goes above and beyond to bring those to life. She is very detail-​oriented and works harder than any other designer. Kelley is a brilliant talent and is also an incredible human being. Five stars are truly not enough for her!
