These people are horrible. I take my daughter in there to get her vision tested. They tell me she is covered by my insurance. Turns out they lied. They are blaming my insurance. So now I am stuck with a huge bill for services the doctor said was covered. Then I get my daughter glasses. My insurance paid for the glasses. They wont pay for the doctor because she isn’t covered under the plan when the doctor assured me she was. Do not believe Kristi Liu or the ones that work with her. You will get stuck with a huge bill. Then Krisit tells me to call Steven in their main billing office. He tells me the problem is mine. and then he hung up on me because I disagreed with him and asked him to help me with this. This place is terrible. I have never gone to a place with just rude billing people and people who do not know anything about insurance when they do this on a daily basis. Go somewhere else to get your vision checked and double check with your insurance. Don’t believe them.
