Words cannot even express how much I appreciate what everyone at Kuni Auto Center did for me. Especially George. I absolutely loved George, he was the sweetest, most gentle and helpful person I’ve probably ever met. I almost get emotional when I think about how happy I am that I just bought a car here. Ive had the worst worst WORST car buying experiences in the past, and coming to this car lot and having George and the rest of the team help me almost makes my past experiences not really matter anymore. I don’t need to worry about buying a car or servicing my car (s) anymore because I know the kind people at Kuni will be there for me.
I know it sounds super cheesy going on like this about a car lot but I’m honestly just so happy. There’s been a huge weight lifted off my shoulders now that I’ve been given the chance to buy the car of my dreams, one that fits all my wants and needs.
George, if you get the chance to read this, just know that I appreciated every little thing you did for me and I’ll never forget how absolutely amazing you were to me. I really don’t think I could ever thank you enough. Seriously.

They have no idea what is going on. They sold me a certified pre owned car that needed 3000 dollars in repairs right from the get go. The car I bought has an issue that everyone except Kuni can say is present, but nobody can figure out what it is. Kuni has made me never want to buy a used car again. I’m stuck with this lemon, and unfortunately don’t have any recourse since nobody can actually diagnose the issue, although they acknowledge that it is there. I WOULD NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE JOKERS! They don’t care about anything but the sale. Once you have bought the car, they don’t care about your satisfaction at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED.

It’s a shame that I have to put even one star on here. Spent 6 hours trying to buy car only to have to return it the next day as the car made terrible noises after it got past 60 mph. While the return process went smoothly, it took 3 weeks, countless phone calls, and two visits down to the store in order to track down my return. The sales people were EXTREMELY rude. Not once did I receive a call back and each time I showed up trying to get some answers no one seemed to have time to answer my questions.
If you like businesses that put no effort in customer service then by all means, go here.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the team at Kuni Auto Center. Our salesperson was George and he was so accommodating… always making sure we had plenty of water and hot chocolate for our kids. :). I really liked it that they let us take the car out for a test drive on our own and we could go whatever route we wanted. Eric in financing was amazing! Very personable and great communication. We are the happy owners of a new to us 2007 Acura MDX Sport. We love it!
Update: I «had» given this 5 stars, but now because of lack of communication and follow up I have to give it 3. Plus, I noticed that they put a stock rear-​view mirror I there that isn’t even for this particular car. I know this, because my salesman told me they had just gotten done replacing the whole windshield. Looks like they wanted to save money and not order the right part… :/

I just had an excellent experience selling my Lexus. Fair price, no silly «haggling» — and very good service to move the transaction through without any wasted time. Gary Swelland is a classy and professional gentleman who walked us through the process in a very low-​key manner, and Mr. Eric Laursen took care of all the paperwork. Great Job! When I need to buy again, I know where I will go.

Bought a car from Kuni Auto Center and had a very pleasant experience. Our salesman was Steve and he gets 2 thumbs up! Honest, and not pushy, and even reimbursed us for a part we ended up needing to replace on the car after purchasing it! Great customer service!

I visited the Kuni Auto Center this weekend to find an RX350. I worked with Ben and he is phenomenal. Laid back, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out what I wanted, and even called me as promised when the car I wanted became available. Work with Ben!

Car buying experiences don’t get any better than mine. George and Eric (fiancé) make an incredible team. Got my first new car here! Quick and painless, financed at a good rate can’t complain.

We’ve never had a more pleasant, hassle-​free experience buying a car! Steve, our salesman, was awesome. He gave us a high Kelly Blue Book value on our trade-​in, and a fair market value price on our purchase. Our first offer was accepted with no dickering. Fast and simple! The entire process was smooth, efficient, and a real stress-​free experience. This is definitely the place we will purchase our next vehicle. Ask for Steve!

I have been doing business with Kuni for years but this was the 1^st time I got a chance to deal with the Kuni Auto Center… Cedric was great to deal with I literally had a deal made in about 10 minutes! These guys were fantastice to deal with and I would recommend to anyone.

I am sorry to say I had a bad experience overall. I got a beautiful used CRV. Two things went wrong:
First was they wouldn’t give me more than a full 1000 $ less than the low mid range Kelly Blue Book trade in value. And this was after telling me that «we offer the most on (brand) trade ins in the entire metro area». And then I still had to haggle HARD to get that amount (1000 less than KBB). He acted like he was doing me a huge favor by getting me that…
Second was the price of the car was listed online and on the windshield sticker as $ 16,995. After all the haggling about trade in, they came to me with the paper explaining what would be the amount financed and what the payment would be and they acted like they were doing me another big favor when he said, «the car is listed at 19k we’re gonna give it to you for 18,400.» Big smile, so happy for me… I said «but the car was listed at $ 16,995» he said there must be a mistake. He went to check with his manager and came back saying they were gonna do me another favor by knocking off 400 and give it to me for 18k. I said «no the sticker on the window RIGHT NOW says $ 16,995» he basically said look, I got you (a thousand bucks less than) what you wanted for the trade, it was our mistake and we really apologize for that so to make up for it we’ll knock this 400 off. So basically there’s another thousand we were off…
I was there a total if SIX hours. I should not have taken it but I just needed to get OUT of there!
They get 2 stars from me because they have a 48 hr return policy.
I called and told them I needed them to give me 2k back on the deal or I was returning. They said they’d honor the price mistake, but not give more on trade.
I returned the car
If it wasn’t for the 6 hours I was basically held hostage and all the stress I would give more stars. But after the rip off, and mistrust with a price switcheroo? Shame on you Kuni! I read the reviews here and had to go to the bank to cancel my down payment check (2500)… Read them and you’ll see why. Untrustworthy dealership. Be prepared to haggle and be lectured, also to keep a close eye on numbers especially if your sales guy is doing you lots of «favors»

These people are the ones to do business with, after dealing with the shady Vancouver people, Kuni rocks, they themselves do a pre-​purchase inspection, fix most things if not everything, and give you an honest disclosure of any issues, We just got a Lexus RX 300, and Joe Paz and Jeff Fisher were the greatest, enjoyed the whole, what is normally painful, process. This company is so good they even give you a 48 hour return if you change your mind, which no one else I have ever heard of does on used vehicles. I recommend them highly, and thank you Sarah T, too, Best day I have had all month.

Bought a used car after the sales associate told me and promised me that the car had been thoroughly checked out by the auto mechanics and that everything on the car and in working order !!!
35 days after having the car the car started having issues the loud noise and he told me that was normal turned out to be a left rear wheel that was about to fall off an O2 sensor was out in the car when they did the work on the car they also found an oil leak and they replaced had to replace all the Gaskets!!!

I hadn’t planned on wasting any more of my time on Kuni Auto Center but after today I have decided it’s best to caution others about this dealership, the salesmen and management.
I purchased a car at the end of October and had to bring it back not two days later because it was leaking oil (with only 35K!). The salesman had printed me out their inspection list which said it passed with no oil leaks, hmm. The service center gave me a roundabout defense and I was told to keep an eye on it but that they believed it wasn’t actually leaking, just left over oil from when they did the oil change. OK fine…
I leave the dealership and notice the headliner was soaked! They had washed the car and lucky for me this made the sunroof leak noticeable. I turned the car around and brought it back ready to return it for good. But they talked me into letting them keep it for the weekend and look at it.
Didn’t hear from them, so I stopped in that next Monday afternoon… OH «the key was lost» and we’re waiting on a locksmith… I was furious. I bought a $ 20K + car and hadn’t even been able to drive it but once. This all happened in about a 3 – 4 day time span. I told them to take it back.
Yet then I find out they had already put the loan through to my credit union and now 3 weeks later my bank is still waiting on their refund check. This place only cares about making money, they don’t care about the shape of the car or the happiness of their customer.
Glad I was able to return this car, I ended up buying from Speed Sports and had a great experience with them. I’m writing this post now because I called Kuni yesterday to find out why my bank hadn’t received a check yet, they never returned my call. I called again today and got a «we don’t give a shit» type of reply but that corporate had supposedly cut the check yesterday! Three weeks later… wow! Not a good way to do business Kuni!

Great experience! Will be back next time I am looking to buy a car, not what I expected.

We went into Kuni late in the evening with no plan on buying a car that night. We were shown a car I had seen online, and everything was exactly like they claimed. Very good quality, at a less than recommended price. I was impressed but wary still.
Jeff Fisher then helped us from beginning to end, we explained our credit might not be the greatest and how our finances were. He was kind, understanding and made us feel comfortable not like a shark heading for his prey.
He got us an amazing interest rate, when we mentioned the tank was empty on the car he had it filled to full, he stayed late, explained everything thoroughly and he hassled the bank to give us a great deal. He even went so far as to give me a peach when I felt like I was going to faint (I’m pregnant).
Kuni Auto Center has made two extremely loyal customers, and I will recommend them and Jeff to all who are looking to buy a quality used car!

I am/​was very pleased with Kuni dealership. We bought an 06 minivan there. I was apprehensive about buying because I don’t like ‘the game” you have to play. No games here, they gave me a fair price for my trade in, and fair price for the van. When I asked about getting some minor things done to the van, they agreed and PAID for my rental car. Kuni has created a loyal cumstomer.
