I have to balance out my previous ratings. I like John at the front desk. He seems to smile and help pretty much no matter what. I am grateful for not being pressured to get more work than I can afford. The medical records system is convoluted and was a huge waste of time for me as I never got my records to the oral surgeon and was still charged $ 80 for new xrays despite spending time faxing the request several times, calling etc. This does not seem to matter to many people or maybe they’ve heard it so often, they are numb to the words. I just finished work and the new crown is nice. I’m not $ 800 worth of impressed, but I’m $ 350 worth of impressed.

My experience with Aloha dental for the last several years, is just the opposite of what the other reviewer wrote. (I have had a variety of dental procedures with absolutely great results.)
The staff has been very nice & accommodating. I highly recommend them.

Waiting period is too long. Appointments are cancelled with no replacement. You might very well end up waiting for 5 months until you see a doctor. There is also no single-​person who can solve your problems. They keep referring to other people and it goes on and on again… Manager is hard to find and does not respond to calls…
