Leaving to go on vacation tomorrow and wanted to pick up a ‘cho liner. $ 47 here and $ 30 in Portland at one of their competitors. Customer service level is about the same at each location…

Nice selection. Yes it is overpriced, but where else would you find the things that you can find in here? Customer service was not great nor good, par and they’ll check you out when you’re ready. They make custom dog tags, which is why we came in: D

Guy who answered the phone was not friendly. He picks up the phone and must have bumped the redial button because all I could hear was numbers being quickly dialed. He then accused me of accidentally hitting the redial button(which you can’t do on an iphone)… At this point I was done, and am not going to give my money to this business. Bad customer service = bad business…

You can not miss this bright yellow house. or the sign stating: $ 5.99 Machetes. Upon entering the shop, one notices two major things: 1 — the shop appears to be run by teenage boys(high school age) and 2 — the space is packed… almost to the point where it is not easy to walk through without fear of breaking something and angering the teenage shop keeps. The prices are a bit high for an army surplus shop but there is a good variety of used gear and«antique» goods. Overall, this shop is worth a look. I believe there is a $ 15 or $ 20 minimum for credit card purchases.

Welcome to being my third ever one star review Aloha Surplus I was trapped out in Beaverton with about 30 minutes to kill, my homeboy wanted to see the place. I tried to talk him out of it, but he insisted. I swore I’d never go back to this place. I’m always willing to give shops and people a second chance, but not a third. I did a once through, saw their overpriced crap and was ready to go. My friend, like myself, is a surplus store fan to the core. He has money to burn and was trying really hard to find something of value. Couldn’t do it. He went to the counter, asked for an item for his child. They didn’t have what he was looking for. The car salesman balding greasy manager type guy I always see there didn’t notice me in the corner and whispered to the kid at the counter that was helping my friend, «did you give him the xxxx»? Basically implying that if the kid gave him the item to purchase, he needed to watch us. They were already watching us like hawks, which really fucking bothers me. Passive aggressive shit like that makes me irate. If you think I’m stealing shit, confront me and let’s have it out. Otherwise, shut the fuck up, sit the fuck down, and stare at your empty cash register. Fuck this place. Fuck their bullshit bulk ammo. Fuck their overpriced ALICE packs. Fuck their hokey and crappy«tactical» paintball weekend warrior molle bags. Fuck their $ 28 boonie hats you can get ANYWHERE for $ 10-$ 12, fuck their $ 60ACU’s that you can get for $ 25ANYWHERE. Welcome to the one star club douche bags. PS: Their douche bag junk knives are a joke. If you want a quality knife, don’t go here. If you want a knife with a wizard/alien/dragon/monster on it somewhere, go here. Or to the county fair, your local convenience store that sells crack pipes/bongs, or any 11 year old boys room.

Their prices vary from being reasonable to ridiculous. They have a fair selection though, and their prices for .45ACP and 9 mm Parabellum ammo weren’t bad. We also got some extremely warm wool gloves and hats at a great price. It’s worth a peek.

I go here often, but don’t really buy much because i think their prices are too high. They don’t have a good selection of knives either. Mostly junk knives. They do have a good supply of military surplus in good shape. I’ve bought canteens, gas cans, ammo boxes etc. for not too high a price. I have a good time just lookin around too.

This just a typical surplus store. You can get used and new military equipment some outdoors equipment, and even aerosoft/paintball guns. the price wasn’t to stellar but i guess i’ve seen worst in cali. What i do like is the staff is super friendly and helpful. They do know their stuff, and with the clutter of everything, they know where it is. That is coools!
