Five guys is good if you simply just want burgers. I have never had a bad experience at this one or any other five guys. You order, eat peanuts, get your food and go. It is pretty simple and easy.

Basic burgers and fries for more than the value that you pay. Quick service but not a lot of options.

This one sucks!!. For the second time I have gone to this location and it has not been good. The first time the wait was bad. The second time we ordered to go and got on the road and had children’s burgers. We couldn’t go back. It sucked! — – 16 Jul, 2010 — – It was good and very fresh but not the best i have ever had. The fries were amazing. I’ll come again. The décor was a little conceited though.

One of the better burger joints around here… They are super friendly. You get peanuts while you wait. Idk why I love that so much but it’s a Fact. The burgers are money. Nice and juicy. Lots of topping Options. My favorite part honestly is the way they give you fries if your getting it to go. They fill up your cup with fries which is extremely chill and then proceed to just say«mannnnn lets give em’ some more and they will throw some In your bag. I like that. Scratch that, I love that. No alcohol here which really would Make Me happy. But it’s understandable. I will be back for my next burger craving for sure.

For a fast food joint it’s not so bad. Neat and clean. 5 Guys uses peanut oil to fry, and only uses fresh, not frozen meat. All food is prepared for you at the time of order. So it can take 10 – 15 minutes for your order to be up, but that’s how fresh food works. They supply all you can eat peanuts to enjoy while you wait. The food is pretty tasty, and I love all the topping options. I don’t do fast food often. The first time I went to 5 Guys was 2010. I made my second trip this last weekend. I can tell you we’ll likely be back before 2022. 2016 #15

Pretty disappointing food. I ordered a grilled cheese with some toppings, but they got the toppings wrong and my bun was a little soggy on one side when I unwrapped the sandwich. The cheese was also barely melted. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of just one is that the fries were pretty tasty.

They have the best cheeseburgers in town! And their fries!!! Wow!!! I like their burgers more than In-n-Out

I don’t understand why people LOVE Five Guys. Maybe it’s because they haven’t experienced In-N-Out Burgers. All I know is the food is very greasy and made my tummy hurt :( I wonder if it’s much different at a different location… I’ll probably give it another chance.

This was the only burger place that I could go to. After how I was just treated on the phone by the manager after reporting getting sick; I will not be returning to this location. I was dismissed because the health inspector was there yesterday and«went over everything with a fine tooth comb». That dry BLT was the only thing that I ate yesterday and the symptoms that hit me at 3 am(12 hours after eating it) this morning are synonymous with bad lettuce. I wasn’t even asking for a refund(which I should have); I just wanted to inform the restaurant of that concern. I was treated with defensiveness and dismissal. And I don’t believe that the health inspector just happened to be there yesterday. You’ve lost this family as your regular customer. I might even call the county now.

Great food, great service, I love this place! It can be a tad expensive but I feel that it’s worth it for what you get. It always looks like the employees are enjoying themselves too, which is good for the atmosphere.

I’m a fan of Five Guys. I love their burgers and the selection of toppings. I also like their caiman style fries. Service is friendly and reasonably fast on an average day, but if they are busy, then the food can take a while longer, but burgers are made to order.

The fries they give you are ridiculously delicious! Also for how much they charge you it’s a HUUUUGE amount. My friend & I split a large & we could barely finish them. It was fast, fresh & pretty tasty — maybe a little expensive as everything is ala carte but I’d still go back. Wish they had ranch though! Ketchup is disgusting &BBQ just doesn’t cut it for me.

If you are a fan of thin burgers then here is your place. You get two patties and what ever toppings up you want. Myself I get mayo, ketchup and pickles. They do taste good. Now about their fries, hand cut and not frozen. They taste so good. No matter what size you get they always give you and extra scoop.

Five guys has sprung up just about everywhere and all their locations look identical. They have burgers, hot dogs and fries. The cajun fries are very good. The burgers are just ok. You can have 1 or 2 small patties with your choice of toppings. The regular is around $ 6. I think that is overpriced for whar it is(2 small well-done patties). If you are hungry and in a hurry, it’s an ok place to eat at. The fries and free peanuts are the best part. Personally, i prefer smashburger. Overall i’d give this place 3.5 stars.

Oh Five Guys how I’ve missed you so. I have lived in this town for over a year and I haven’t been to a Five Guys since I lived in Texas. The closest one in this town is down in Happy Valley or you have to hit the suburbs to get one. This town has plenty of burger joints with too many Little Big Burgers(a bit overpriced for the size) sprawling across the town. Yes, Slow Bar does have one mean burger and I have raved about them and I even enjoy Burgerville’s options and like their whole philosophy. But Five Guys? Come on! If you’re getting the normal double patties you will be rolling out of the place. It’s a lot of food with lots of free toppings to choose from, but you know this if you’ve been there. Five Guys is not an everyday place to visit. It’s your guilty pleasure. The fresh fries, the tasty, tasty burgers and all the great crunchy veggies and sauces. You can’t go wrong here. I will admit the prices are a bit steep, I guess that’s where the«free» toppings are actually included. Whatever. It’s a good burger and they have a good reputation. I went with just a single patty, only because I wanted to be able to function and not be in a meat coma. Lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and bbq sauce made my cheeseburger complete and I was content. I don’t get out to the burbs much, but at least I know where a Five Guys is that I know I will get a good burger at everytime. Enjoy.

I LOVE their fries. Burgers on the other hand isnt all that. Sort of on the spendy side. I feel! They do offer Free Nuts that you can grab from a big ol’box… It’s a laid-back place, people throw their shells on the floor.

I’ve never had a burger at Five Guys, so while I was out and about running errands today and found myself hungry and near this outlet, I stopped in and had the little bacon cheeseburger. It’s a pretty substantial burger on its own, and I’d probably be surprised at the size of the regular burgers. I was greeted in a friendly way as I walked in the front door. I had to stop for a minute and look over my shoulder as I wasn’t sure who they were shouting at, but it was me, and I guessed it was OK that they were shouting at me as I wasn’t holding the place up or anything(but seriously I’m having some fun here and it was done in a fun way). The overall store colors of red on white works very well here. Everything is super clean and shiny, which is appreciated, and I was thrilled with the signage. The signage is not up too high and is lettered nicely enough that it was super easy to read and order. Oh and it was not digital signage. I’ve grown to not like digital signage, although I’m sure business owners must love it. The cashier was very helpful in explaining how to order the extra free toppings and was friendly as well, and when I didn’t choose to order a beverage, immediately offered me a cup for water. Sometimes in other places when I choose just water, I often feel like a cheapskate. I wasn’t made to feel that way here at Five Guys. I also think the traffic flow here for such a large venue is very well handled and very efficient. I never once felt like I had any problems getting in and out. I didn’t order fries(some who know me well might chuckle a little bit at not ordering fries as I’ve spoken about my love of fried potato products at other places often here on Unilocal), which I guess I’m going to have to remedy because I’ve heard the fries are really great at Five Guys. The lack of fries ordered is evidently what emboldened me to order the bacon on my cheeseburger. What really impressed me was they got my bacon fried totally perfect for me, still a little limp and not crispy. I know it’s un-American, but I simply don’t like bacon fried crispy. OK, moving on from my bacon preferences, I really enjoyed my burger an awful lot. I don’t very often order burgers or fries anywhere anymore, so it was excellent that my treat was so tasty. As I left, someone shouted a friendly good-bye, but I just smiled as I walked out the door and said to myself«oh, that’s just the Five Guys way.» Overall, the experience was really so good that I will have to come back and have burgers and fries in order to probably up the experience to five stars.
