Elena’s Personalized Cleaning

As I told Elena after our first cleaning, we now have a new definition of what it means to have a clean house. They did such a thorough job! I couldn’t be happier!

I wouldn’t recommend these cleaning services for two reasons. Firstly, I was overcharged for a very poor cleaning job. The only thing that I could see was completed were the windows. Secondly, Elena repeatedly called me on the phone at least fifteen times a day while I was at work for two days straight. While I understand payment is expected, it was in the mail. On top of that, she sent me an e-​mail stating that she «wanted to believe [she’s] working with a good person.» If you don’t leave me a message, I can’t get back to you. And if you’re calling me over and over again, I’m going to assume you’re crazy.
A little back story — My landlord decided to leave the apartment I rented in poor condition. I decided to call a few places to help me out with cleaning, as I just started a new job and didn’t have the time to clean the whole place on my own. Elena was pleasant on the phone and went through every detail I needed. However when I went home, only two things were cleaned.
In the end, she received her check, cashed it immediately, and I learned that it’s better to just clean the darn apartment than wasting money.
If you’re looking for a service that will cover basic cleaning, this might be fine. However, if you need a deep cleaning, look elsewhere.

We have been using Elena for a couple of years now and are extremely satisfied with the service. They are friendly, dependable, flexible, hardworking, fast and reasonably priced. We use theme every other week in our home in Gresham.

Elena was prompt in getting back to me and able to schedule a date to come clean the house I had moved out of the very next day
